I got lucky to get connected with Ms. Shira Crohn. I had been through many different psychs and was unable to connect with anyone. I felt like they didn’t really care. Nothing was working. I don’t feel that way with Ms. Shira. I trust her completely and thanks to her, I feel like I’m having what comes close to a “normal” life. I notice and FEEL the difference ever since I started my treatment with her. She’s been absolutely amazing, caring, and consistent. I highly recommend, not only this facility, but Shira Crohn as your main provider :)

Gracen is amazing at getting right to the heart of an issue. She asks insightful questions that help me untangle the chaos in my head. I leave each meeting with a practical and manageable task.

She is amazing. So patient and kind. Really listens . I would highly recommend!

I have Esther Lee PMHNP as my psychiatrist and I highly recommend her. She is able to prescribe medication, of course, but she's so much more than that. She's caring, attentive, remembers things that you're going through, your history and how it has affected you. An appointment with her is more than just a refill of your prescription. Can't say enough good things about Pacific Mind Health. I'm a huge proponent of mental health and know the difference between good help and bad. You can trust the people here. Everyone is so kind. I've worked most closely with Riley Gatto and Alex Presler. Alex is warm and kind and I would contribute a lot of my success to her. She takes mental health very seriously and goes out of her way. Riley is my TMS tech now and we're almost completely through our journey. Riley is kind and warm and honest. She provides a stellar level of care. Can tell this woman is going to go far with whatever she chooses to do in life. Tremendous "bed side manor". Could go on and on about the care I've received. Pacific Mind Health is a gem of a place. They work with you on costs and understand the ins and outs of insurance which can be very stressful. Truly look no further. Office is clean and parking is easy.

I have had the absolute best experience with Pacific Mind Health! From my psychiatrist Dr. Siddiqui, my therapist Alysia St. Claire, even to the office staff. Until I came across PMH I NEVER knew that there were so many new ways, and methods to deal with my trauma. You can't go wrong with PMH. Everyone works together like a team and makes sure that you are seen on a regular basis. I've never felt so comfortable and confident in taking care of my mental health as I have with PMH. If you are someone who is in the market for a therapist, psychiatrist and or other/newer methods to deal with your traumas and have a happier healthier life then look no further than Pacofic Mind Health. Just know that I am not alone in my love and appreciation for this place and the people/community here. With that said don't stray away if there is a waiting list. You will not regret waiting. Trust me when I say they are well beyond worth the wait.
