I’m here in the ER as we speak with a leg that could be possibly broke. All they did was throw me medication and wrap my leg. I’ve been here over three hours. All they prescribe me with a Norco and ibuprofen and at the end of the day, I should’ve been taken care of as in an x-ray and to find out what is wrong with my leg.

Oct 10th 2025. I had surgery scheduled for the removal of a fatty lymphoma. Before surgery a nurse came in to take blood. Couldn't find my veins . Poked my hands about 6 times. Then the anesthesiologist came in asked what I was allergic to i told her. Then asked if I had any questions or concerns. I asked how will you put me down for surgery ? Because I domt want to be given fentanyl. At all ! She said dont worry . And walked out. We'll I went in for surgery. I was laid down face down . No respiratory devise on me. I passed out. All of a sudden I wake up. And I feel a sharp burning sensation on my back . I yelled fk I can fell you cutting and pulling bro. Nurse said oh no you woke up. Anesthesiologist said you stopped breathing . I then hear her say , let's give him a nother dose. I said wait ! Give me a nother dose of what ? She said I gave you fentanyl . Wtf ? He'll no I said stop everything. Let me out . I was pissed. Why would you give me what I specifically asked her not to give me . That's why I stopped breathing ! Fk . So I pretty much died and came back . Thank God. But I felt like utter crap they took me back to my room. To get dressed. I then seen the anesthesiologistwalk by my room and say out loud ehat did he take ? I told the nurse infront of me . Can you please get her out of here i dont want to see that lady. Well i got dressed and started walking out . I kept falling. My eyes were tearing on my way out. Don't know why ? I kept passing out and waking up had a bad headache. I was scarred. I went back two weeks later to have the drain bag taken out . And doctor said im sorry man. Good thing is you are alive and well. He gave me a nother appointment for a week from then . Fk that I didnt go back. I told him that was no right. Malpractice really. That I would be contacting my lawyer. And so I did. To this day I can't feel my back where my scar is . Its numb . Yet at times if I stretch out I feel pain. Im traumatized. Fk hospitals. Especially this one. If you have to visit a hospital go elsewhere. Fk this place !
After having a negative experience at UCLA Ronald Regan Medical Center I am so happy and thankful I switched insurances and went with PIH hospital. The level of care I received at this hospital was a 10/10. They are gentle, kind, patient, and not one person gave me a bad attitude. Truly very good bedside manners at this hospital. I went into the hospital 5cm dilated and everything happened so fast the nurses the ER staff doctors everyone moved quickly and efficiently enough to deliver my baby safely and took amazing care of me. I went in at 11:55pm and had my baby by 12:19am! The nurses were calm and reassuring, and when they needed to spring into action, they did! Thank you guys so much!
If you ate unlucky enough to end up at this Hospital, Run. Not sanitary, insensitive and incompetent medical staff. I was in worse shape on discharge than when I arrived.
Very professional people. Everyone very caring with a great attitude. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it. Jenny and Camilla were very friendly. Everyone made my daughter feel confident and comfortable. They all have a good sense of humor. ☺️. I thank God for every single one of the staff. May the Lord bless them. 🙏
The best, most wonderful hospital to receive care.
When I first arrived at emergency I noticed the nurse was not cleaning the blood pressure cuff after each patient he was screening. I wanted to leave so bad but I was so sick I had to keep it pushing. The hospital looks terribly under funded and the homeless patients are a total different nightmare. Not to mention the entire visit took well over 7 hours!! However the treatment I personally received from the nurses and staff was perfect for me. They are knowledgeable and attentive. The procedures gave me much relief and the many tests were thorough and explained to me in detail. I left feeling much better and optimistic about my health. Will I ever go back? I will. It’s walking distance from my home and the care I received for me personally worked out considering the conditions of that place

4th floor Sonia, Rosie, TaNia, Karen Names worth mentioning! I tried to talk to Admin while there to inform of those clinicians type of quality care & their compassion but they never came to our room.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
