Polaris Medical Aesthetics's Online Review Report Card

Would HIGHLY advise against coming here because of their unprofessionalism and horrible customer service. I was interested in LDM therapy as I have received this treatment numerous times in Korea, and during my initial visit was told their LDM device was superior compared to other clinics in K-town. So I was convinced and paid for 10 sessions up front. It's $200/session or $150/session with the package. After my first visit I had doubts because their practitioners seemed inexperienced and the facial I received in preparation for LDM was an outdated method. I did not notice a difference after receiving the facial and was unhappy with the practitioner so I had rescheduled several times to be seen by someone else. Upon voicing that I was not satisfied with the service that was provided, the team refused to refund the remaining sessions due to their policy and instead advised me to utilize the credit towards an invasive procedure without any consideration of my skin condition. For context my skin is highly reactive and sensitive which they were aware of. What continued to upset me was that following my feedback, they were not apologetic at all and proceeded with offering for me to use the credit towards skincare products they sell. Given I wanted to just move on from this situation, I agreed to just use it towards the products, but encountered back and forth with the credit amount. Since I had purchased a package if 10 sessions at $150/session, my credit should be $1,350 but they proceeded to tell me that my credit is $1,300 because they deducted $200 for my first session. When trying to reason with them, they went on to say that they typically offer clients $200 for the first session and will offer the package at $1,300 after the first treatment which was never an option for me. I've attached the screenshots highlighting this conversation and would never recommend this place to anyone after this experience. Stay away at all costs.

Received a free in depth skin analysis and evaluation/recommendation. The evaluation/recommendation was truly based on your needs rather than a "selling" point. The medical professional doesn't try and sell you on any treatments unless absolutely recommended, which felt truly refreshing since this was my first time going into any types of clinics/treatment centers like these. Despite that, I did opt for one of the face lifting specials. The face lifting procedures were painful, but I guess my pain tolerance is at the all time low (lol). I came in a month after that for the facial. I was told initially they would take before and after procedure photos to compare the differences, but we didn't take the "after" photos. The massage/facial yesterday was amazing, by Nicole. I sent over the Zelle tip to her and before sending it, I showed the employee the number, and she approved that it was the number associated to the Zelle account. Long and behold, it was not the phone number associated and the money has already been removed off my bank account, so hopefully they are able to properly allocate that tip to Nicole. Other than that hiccup, my experience has been top notch.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for my comfort and satisfaction. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already planning my next appointment. If you’re looking for an aesthetic clinic that combines top-tier treatments with personalized care, I highly recommend Polaris Medical Aesthetics!

I absolutely love this place! The people are super nice and they listen to your problems and try to solve them based on what they have. I've always struggled with my freckles and it cleared up after a few sessions of picoway. They also don't try to sell other extra things that you don't need which I liked.

Polaris aesthetics is amazing! Staff are nice and well informed about skin care. I was given a free consult and was well taken care of. I was surprised with my results and the Senior Consultant was spot on with how I went about with my skin care. I was moved with what other customer results were. I am definitely coming back for more!

The prices were generally on the higher side, and while the staff were friendly, there was a noticeable difference in treatment based on the type of service received. Some clients were given some tea, while others nothing. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I think it would be better if they provided bottle water for all clients

They are very friendly and professional, the facilities are top - notch,. I'm very satisfied with them, I would recommend them to others.

If you are reading this, you don’t need to look further. period. The owner Kris literally spent more than 4 HOURS assessing my skin, and shared her knowledge about how cosmetic procedures work at Polaris- that there are several types of laser facial treatments & facials and since each designed to address different skin concerns, she took her time to explain all the mechanisms and science behind the technologies. She just didn’t tell me what to get done, instead, she explained WHY and helped me making informed choices. Plus, she is very transparent about the pricing, and the service menu is clear & concise. I’ve done 5 treatments so far with Polaris, and very very satisfied with the results- my jawline looks much more defined, slimmer & tighter after getting 1 session of ultherapy (800shots), 50 units of masseter botox , and 1 syringe of chin filler. I am more than happy to come back for their services again. Thank you Polaris!!!!
