I came here looking for help, feeling overwhelmed by life. The therapists are great! They listen and engage in conversation. They helped me sort out my emotions. My gripe is with everything else about this place. I was given meds without being warned of the side effects. I gained 20 lbs over three months. Oh hell no!!! I keep trying to get help with finding a job. That employment specialist is slow. It's just as difficult to get her help as it is to help yourself. Lastly, the parking situation is horrendous! No free parking what so ever. Good luck finding a meter. Bring lots of cash for the parking lot. Give yourself plenty of time to fight through traffic.

I have been a patient with them for years and it took me this long that they have no idea what they are doing in that building at all for people that need rightful treatment towards our mental health issues it’s like literally talking to a brick wall over there. Ridiculous, I highly recommend the Pasadena location honestly. One of their supervisors name Tizz physically sounds that she has no idea what she’s doing there and she has a degree for our services needed ? I don’t think so. I don’t recommend this location at all very under staff horrible customer service it’s just sad in there. Poor educated employees.

This location has had their lease revoked by the county. Frankly there was rampant fraud and toward the end, some violent altercations that left people in long term hospitalization. This location will never be opened again.
