This office is so bad, the employee not to mention that they are your kababayan but they work as if they are in the Philippines so unproffesional and rude. Money making is their service. No consideration. Very bad experience.

I’ve been going to Dr. Mungcal for years. He explains everything well and answers all of my questions. Eric at the front desk is so helpful too! Very nice people . Comfortable atmosphere. Thanks Dr. Mungcal!

Whatever peoples had a complaint about this doctor is true that this doctor only doing his own business always make sure to looks good for the insurance that's all. He doesn't care about his patients none whatsoever. We must find how to file a lawsuit against this doctor.

FYI, Dr. Renato someone is using your office documents that may contain sensitive information and posting signs on vehicles. These will tarnish your reputation as a whole from any wrong doing of any individual/s. You should look into this.

I have been coming to Dr. Mungcal for over 10 years and this has reached my limit. First of all, they can't accommodate days to be seen. I drove all the way from LA to be told they don't have the walk-ins on Friday. This clinic is absolutely pathetic. Save your time, and find another primary care doctor.

His medication works for me.

This is the worst clinic ever!! Tumawag kami para magpa appointment ang sabi nyo full na PERO pwede ang walk in so pumunta pa din kami. 8am nasa pila na kami ang kaunahan. May bastos pang Pinay na sumingit so hinayaan na namin. Wala manlang nagtanong na assistant kung sino ang may appointmet at walk in basta bahala ka pumila. Tinawag ang mga may appointment. Lumapit ako ng 10am at tinanong ko pano yung fasting namin hanggang 10am lang, sabi nya inuuna kase yung naka appointment. So hintay ulit (hoping na mapapansin naman kami dahil kaunahan kami sa lista). 11am na wala pa din so lumapit na naman ako sabi ko pano kaya ito lagpas na kami sa fasting, sabi nya kase dapat nagpa appointment kayo. Sabi ko may nakausap kami na pwede daw walk in bakit kami pupunta dito ng walng nagsabi ng ganon diba?? Umiinit na ulo namin dahil gutom na gutom na kami!!! So kinuhanan na kami ng dugo 11:15am na (not sure if pwede pa ba yon pero sabi namin bahala na kase 3hrs na yung hinintay namin). Pwede naman na pala simulan kunin ang dugo bakit kelangan pa namin mag hintay ng pagkatagal tagal??? So sige eto na tapos na kumuha ng dugo. Bumalik na lang daw kami after namin mag lunch. So balik kami 12:00 pumila na naman kami!!! So hintay na naman sige. 2pm na, ayan tinawag na kami sa wakasss!!! Usap usap sa doctor ek ek at wala pang 5 minutes tapos na??? Yun na yun??? Sana hindi na namin hinintay na kausapin kami ng doctor kung wala din naman pala sya ganon sasabihin dahil gusto lang namin magpa blood test!!! YOU ARE JUST MAKING MONEY WALA KAYONG MALASAKIT SA MGA TAO PANO PALA KUNG MAY SAKIT AKO PAGHIHINTAYIN NYO KAMI NG 6hrs!!! Sana kung pipila man mga tao pabalikin nyo na lang at tawagan or itext nyo na lang pag sila na ang kasunod para may iba pang magawa yung tao kaysa 6hrs nasa clinic nyo lang naghihintay!!!
