Upon the recommendation of wound care specialist, Dr. Neal Patel, I called Dr. Haqq office on December 27 to make an appointment for a family member. Dr. Patel also indicated that he had contacted Dr. Haqq’s office. I left a detailed voice message during stated office hours. I was not contacted. I then called again on December 30, and left another detailed message with contact information. Again, no return call. I called a third time on January 3. I actually reached a live person who immediately put me on hold, then disconnected the call. I waited 15 minutes then called again. The phone just rang and rang. I called a fifth time on January 5. Again I reached a live person who told me there was no record of my having called, or of Dr. Patel’s office having called or sent texts directly to Dr. Haqq. “Your messages must have been erased,” I was told. No apologies offered either, so at that point I decided that as the office is run incompetently, I better seek a different specialist.

Dr. Haqq performed an emergency surgery on my husband. He was extremely professional and during follow up was exceptional at explaining everything that had been done. He will be performing a second surgery in the very near future. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a vascular surgeon. Be patient with his office staff, they could be better.
