Trying to locate a client and front desk receptionist is not helpful at all and very unprofessional. Old lady sounds like she doesn't want to be there and I don't blame her but don't take it out on people who are looking for help. You make everyone's lives harder while being a burden to yourself and your employer.

Hello everyone. I started receiving services here thru a refferal that was made on my behalf. Thus far, im more than happy to have started receiving services here. I feel very blessed to have been assigned to miss Hall and miss Pettway. These two women have been supportive with the needs I've requested and just as importantly inform me of any and all other resources available to me if the need for them should arise. I also truly appreciate them for being so patient and understanding as some times when i feel overwhelmed or begin to feel the onset of depression I tend to become distant where they will call me and i dont answer. They dont give up on me, forget about me or drop me from the program and let me slip thru the cracks like many other agencies where they attempt to reach out to you one time and never call again leaving us, the people needing services, to our own demise. Instead they leave you kind messages or texts making you comfortable to reach back out to them and giving them a call back even if it's days later. They understand that isolation is part of the symptoms of mental health and dont allow the lack of consistent communication on our end hinder us from getting the care we NEED. Thank you ladies.

I do admit that the therapists at the are NOT trained to adequately assist people through their issues in coping with death, relational trauma, etc. I've concluded they would probably have better long-term rapport with clients in their OWN AGE CATEGORY

I been here for a year now, still they can't find me a job I have to go looking myself unlike any other place especially the one in van nuys, the little brown security guard touched my scooter inside and moved it without my permission, then shuts the door on me when i leave saying no one ever touch my scooter, he messed it up by picking it up wrong idiot, now i got to Screw it back together I almost died pulling out of the drive way because of security what kind of place is that? The case worker text me too early in the morning, there's no hours of operation on here, my therapist laughs at my seriousness, and the psych is female and I'm male I don't want a female mind controlling me, I don't trust anybody there honestly except for doctor browning, the only good person there besides two others, bunch of drug addicts go there who are on probation, I just needed housing, it's been a year now wow, even the supervisor looked homeless before, dress funky and does not believe in angels or demons, i am very spiritual, so i said people like that should pass away from broken heart, 💔😭

Good morning I have just talked to a woman, she said they help her & she is very happy with the outcome in the end. Can't remember her name because I would really like to mention her and thank her. Good morning God bless, I have been looking for a program that would listen take action and care about not only my needs others as well. When I called gave my information to the receptionist, Who was nice & very polite. When I first came across I made a mistake I looked at the reviews in read them. To very long very negative comments going as far as naming people not nice. At that time I did allow those two reviews keep me from calling for myself, forward 6mos out of the blue standing in line I started talking to a young lady who is the client they helped her and guided her. She is happy with her decision to make that call. PART 2 - 3/21 After 15 years of living with mental health issues. That has put me on a path of despair. I can never be cured but I can learn how to manage that voice that keeps telling me I'm a loser among other things. If you have a mental health issue OR a family member make the call today and talk to the very pleasant young lady who answer the phone CHARITY is her name. The intake worker was patient compassionate and was ready to help I do have to wait a few weeks for an appointment but that's okay. I feel good about this if you need to talk to someone. Take a deep breath and call🧖🏽🌷🙏🏽

FRAUD THEY WILL USE YOUR INFORMATION AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING BE AWARE

Very Unhelpful. The so called therapists here are biased and unwilling to empathize with patients or relate to any feelings outside of their limited scope of knowledge. They claim to want to repair families but ultimately just want to push their own dysfunctional agendas. Dana and Ronald are especially unqualified and overly emotional. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone out there with real family issues. There are much better options out there for people who need therapy with actual competent and qualified therapists who are truly knowledgeable in the art of therapy. You won’t find that here.
