My favorite skin laundry. The girls actually know what they're talking about. They provide great customer service and are very skilled and knowledgable. Parking isn't the best here but worth it if I'm paying the same price for another location.

I have my appointment at 8:45 a m. I got the 8:37 a m. The lady at the front desk very unprofessional didn't even said "good morning" or "hi" she called me by by name and said I have to reschedule. :|

I absolutely LOVE skin laundry and this location by far is my fave. Super convenient (and gorgeous, might I add) walk down Larchmont where you can grab a snack or coffee before or after your treatment. The skin care selection is always stocked, and the front desk staff as well as the facialists always make me feel right at home. Scheduling couldn't be easier and I've always gotten in and out on time with all my questions / after care answered. I go once a month religiously and don't plan to ever stop! In addition to the staff, location, etc. the treatments themselves have done wonders for my skin. My acne and scars have cleared, my skin feels and looks tighter / more "glowy" - I used to wear a full face of makeup almost daily and now I rarely even reach for a concealer. Life changing

I had an amazing experience yesterday. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. The nurse was patient and was able to answer all of my questions making the experience even more comfortable. It's my second day and my skin is glowing! Can't wait to have on-going treatment

Don't fall into their membership trap at $275 a month for 4 months. You won't be able to book your appointment to get your service, as their website is always fully booked. Beware!" Terrible customer service
