Skin Rejuve By Tiffany's Online Review Report Card

DO NOT WORK WITH TIFFANY. She has terrible business ethics and poor customer service! I had been a loyal client of Tiffany for months, seeing her every two weeks and following her regimen, which yielded positive results. However, my last experience with her was beyond trash and unlike anything I had ever experienced. I accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong day and tried to reschedule well in advance. The system wouldn't let me change it online, so I reached out to her as instructed. Despite multiple messages and emails, Tiffany did not respond (see attached screenshot showing my early attempt to reschedule). After a week of this, I assumed it was a technical glitch so I called from my friend's phone, and to my shock, it rang through. I realized Tiffany had blocked me. This behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. Throughout all my messages, I was nothing but kind (as shown in the screenshot), and there was no reason for her to block me. At this point, I didn't want to believe she was trying to keep my money and avoid rescheduling my appointment, but I had no other option. I emailed her, stating I would take action by reporting her to Face Reality and PayPal (the platform she uses for payments). Again, no response. I reported the issue to PayPal, and after their investigation, they refunded me. To this day, I have not heard from Tiffany. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Unless you're okay with risking getting blocked by your esthetician and having your money kept without any service, I strongly advise finding someone else. Tiffany's lack of communication and poor business ethics are unacceptable. Instead, I recommend Jessica Jones Skin Care, who has provided excellent service and is also a Face Reality expert esthetician. Save yourself the frustration and choose someone who values good customer service and ethical business practices.

I cannot say enough great things about Tiffany!!! She has healed my skin tremendously in just a few short months and helped restore my confidence. I had the worst breakout of my life in January of this year after a stressful life event. My face was covered in painful, inflamed cystic acne, with no end in sight. After finding Tiffany online and seeing all of her amazing reviews, I decided to invest in the acne boot camp. I'm so glad I did!! I have been seeing her every 2 weeks for facials and adhering to a consistent at home skin care routine and whole foods diet. Every day is a drastic improvement. My skin is now completely clear of breakouts and is the healthiest it's ever been. I still have some hyperpigmentation that we are working on but my skin is GLOWING!!! I look forward to my appointments with Tiffany. Her studio is so cozy and relaxing & I leave feeling so refreshed and vibrant. If you are struggling with acne - book with Tiffany ASAP!! She is so knowledgeable and truly amazing at what she does. I'm so grateful to have found her. THANK YOU TIFFANY!!!!!

Tiffany is absolutely amazing. So welcoming and comforting. She truly has helped me achieve my dream skin and still going! I tried a countless amount of things, treatments and doctors to help my acne and nothing improved my skin up until I met Tiffany. 100% recommend!

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with SkinRejuve by Tiffany. I had a mild allergic reaction (my right eyelid began to swell and my ears got really itchy) to her Face Reality products, so I could not proceed with the acne program. I had to send her multiple texts before I got a response when I pointed out my issues. I assume she was busy that day, but I wish it were addressed sooner. Her instructions about how to use the products were confusing as well. I tried to organize it myself, but it was still all too confusing. I asked her for clarification, but she did not respond to my texts. This was the same day that I had the allergic reaction, so I understand why she did not bother to address my inquiry. Once I got a response from Tiffany regarding my allergic reaction, I asked her if it was safe to use other products (my old skincare products) after the chemical peel, but she did not address this question, so I was left unsure of what to do moving forward with my skincare routine. The eye swelling was not addressed as well. All she said was, "The itching is normal." Which I understand, but dismissing my eye swelling was a bit suspicious. I would have appreciated it if she had acknowledged it. I'm happy that I got a refund for the FR products that I bought, but sad that I still had to pay the $20 cancellation fee for my next appointment. That was clearly stated on the website, though, so I understand. Just make sure that everything is working well before you book another appointment to avoid the $20 cancellation fee. As for my personal experience with Tiffany, she was pleasant during our first encounter, but I felt tension when I returned the products in person. She was in the middle of an appointment, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she was probably stressed or busy; however, there was not even a simple "Hello" or acknowledgment of my bad experience with the products. As I left, all she said was, "You got it (the refund)?" and walked away. I'm happy that many people are getting the acne treatment they deserve, but keep in mind that her methods and products are not for everybody.

Tiffany changed my life. Before I was recommended to her I had to wear a ton of makeup to cover my spots and acne. She had such great advice and she helped me build a routine that helps me maintain glowing skin. I did the 3 months program and it was the best decision I made. I had to change a lot of stuff reduce sugar intake, avoid milk products and stay away from coconut oil on my skin. These were ingredients that made my acne flare up. I'm glad I listened to her advice she helped me clear my acne in three months. The extractions were painful but beauty comes with a little bit of pain. Now I don't wear foundation on my skin it always has such a natural glow. She will help with the outsider skin routine and for the inner skin you will have to watch the food that you eat that causes acne breakouts and avoid it especially while you are under the treatment program. Drink lots of water and sleep with a silk or satin pillow this helps reduce oily skin. If your thinking about it try her you won't regret.

It was critical for me as an African American woman to discover a skin regiment that would not only work, but one that I felt comfortable with using. I wish I could give Tiffany more than 5 stars! If you have any acne concerns,Tiffany is a God send. She single handily cured my stubborn neck acne all without the use of medications which I always respond poor to. I had acne since middle school and now I'm in college. It takes time and effort, but with patience and Tiffany's help acne can be gone for good! Wish I found her sooner.

Honestly If you are debating , look no further Tiffany is the best person to go to. She has a kind and friendly attitude makes you feel very comfortable. I was dealing with extremely bad acne and Tiffany has changed my life. She is the absolute best at dealing with acne so look no further , my only regret was not booking sooner !
