I love Carin! I've been coming for facials and she really gets my skin squeaky clean! I also am never disappointed with my lash lifts! Carin has great skincare knowledge and she's also just fun to talk to

First time at Skincare by Carin and it did not disappoint. Free private parking is always a plus in Ktown. The whole 75 minutes was a positive experience from start to finish. Carin is so friendly - I had a blast chatting with her about everything and anything. I got the Esthetician's Choice since it's my first time. I wanted Carin to analyze my skin type and give my skin what it needs. I'm the type of client who wants to know exactly what's going on so I was glad that Carin explained all the ingredients and what she's doing to my skin. She even helped me rid the milia around my eyes that other places refuse to touch. I liked it so much that I purchased a package deal for 5 K-Sculpt facials going forward. I highly recommend Skincare by Carin!

Carin was very helpful and I had a great experience during my first facial with her. My skin feels better than ever and I can't wait to book another appointment. She knew exactly what my skin needed and how to address the issues that I was having.

So i can be a very picky person when it comes to self care and I will go far if it benefits my overall needs. Been to a few facial spots all over OC and LA but have not found a place that can tailor all my concerns unless i do medical work. Carin however does good for my sensitive skin and its a mission to go from Hacienda heights area to Ktown but my skin has never been better. Found her shop thru a friend's instagram. she focus on korean skin care and lets be honest, we all want that smooth glassy youthful non sagging skin. Her facial exercise massages are the best and depuff my congested face from all the business travel. Ive only done the Esthetician's Choice (now the k-sculpt) and nano needling with her and switch off every month. Both are wonderful options for someone like me in my 30s and always on the road who want to keep my skin looking healthy. She does not push products on you and will tailor her care to your face concern. Although its always a mission for my appointments (LA is not what it used to be) i still come back.

I've been going to Carin for a little over a year now and cannot recommend her more! Throughout the COVID years, I had really neglected my skin and struggled with adult acne, scarring, and congested pores. I typically pick the Esthetician's choice for suggested treatment, and she had recommended me a light chemical peel to treat my scarring. It was my first time getting a chemical peel done, and she made sure I was fully informed about the process, comfortable, and thoroughly prepared to care for my skin afterwards. She even went above and beyond to have me send pictures of my skincare products to make sure I was using ingredients that were suitable for me! I felt so reassured and really saw great improvements in my skin over time! After every facial, my skin feels dewy, fresh, and renewed! Carin is always attentive to my skin's needs, in addition to being so friendly and welcoming!

So I had been having skin issues for some time. I had persistent acne on my jawline, chin, and neck. It would get worse around my cycle but was pretty consistently present. I decided enough was enough so I started to search for a facialist and found Carin on classpass. I went in for the assessment where she tells me what she thinks would be best for my skin after a quick evaluation. Right from the get go, I sensed Carin was extremely knowledgeable and she had a warm and welcoming demeanor. We chatted through the whole 1,5/2 hour facial. She listened to my concerns and gave excellent service. When I left I already saw a HUGE difference in my skin. The next morning I woke up to nearly perfect skin. No visible pores (which was shocking considering the state of my pores previously) even skin tone, not a single pimple (due to the extraction technique she used) and my face was so so smooth. It's been a week and the results have lasted. My only wish was that I found her sooner. I am so stoked to have found someone to see monthly. Like I already mentioned, she has deep knowledge in skincare and uses an insanely effective Korean skincare line but did not push it on me but shared knowledge about general ingredients to look for and stay away from as well as general lifestyle tips. I cannot recommend Carin enough!!!! As long as Im living in LA I will see Carin. Thank you Carin!! The positive effect you have had on my life is already pretty outstanding! Ps I will only use Korean skincare products from here on out.

I've been going to Carin at least twice a month since January 2023 to prep for my wedding in August. I have acne prone skin and facial have helped clear up my acne and improve my skin texture. Carin is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand my skin concerns. She customizes treatments to my needs, and my face is always glowing after our sessions. Highly recommend!!

Carin is the real deal. I'm 50 years old and my skin looks better than it did in my 30s. Try her out--you won't be mad.

Carin is the absolute best! Her facials are so thorough and really tailored to what your skin needs at the moment! I always come out so relaxed and glowing. She's also very easy to book with and always on time. I especially love that she personally tries all her products (and trust me there are a ton) so that she uses only what she stands behind. I love her product recommendations and my skin has improved incredibly since starting her facials and using her product recs.
