The doctor who attended me is extremely nice. But when u hit the call button nobody comes. They completely ignore u.
I walked SOMEONE ELSE in there. My identity was STOLEN by desk clerk & INSURANCE MILKED. Mind you I freely walked him in & never intended on being a patient. I was told by the desk clerk in order to wait for him or speak with him about a matter he had I would just need to "check in" & "show her my ID". She stole my identity, milked my insurance, listened to some man I hardly know speak FOR ME as a woman, shoved & forced an iv in my arm though I refused, smacked that iv 4 times laughing & then also falsified reports that I am basically a dumb idiot with some extra retarded lies in there & that was all based on WHAT THIS RANDOM GUY I WALKED IN BC HE COULDN'T WALK said. Had a wrong address in my report, claimed he was my boyfriend, all sorts of non sense but of course since I was scammed my grievance letter actually made it to the RIGHT ADDRESS bc that was on my identification... I wasn't asked anything or respected at all. I was assaulted & injured. I was talked down to & it wasn't even a doctor, just a nurse. I wasn't given any papers upon leaving... Not one thing was correct. It said I was there for a battery and assault. I will say I would have made a police report for this PRETTY RANDOM GUY based on what I HAD SEEN TAKE PLACE, HIM GET HIS ASS KICKED, but I didn't get my ass kicked. This report said it happened indoors somewhere, blah, blah & that's WRONG, it was outside... And why tf do I need to get this report twisted and taken by some idiot nurses and clearly criminals when I made it plane, Yo, I may make a police report for this dude, see him, the one all beat up, yeah, so when the AUTHORITIES get here.. not your fucking retarded asses.... An attorney has claimed my case against these frauds. Their manner was so horrible like some sketchy jail bird liar dirty trick shit. They then also forced a piss test on me and duh, it was CLEAN. I was kidnapped by these people & insurance fraud.. Not to mention they are sexist pigs. How you have some random black man start to speak FOR ME??? Did I mention I had some weird blood clot in my vein after that that I'm still having issues with 5 months later. I found a Beverly Hills attorney & I hope we sue the fuck of them & win. The one on Vermont has a ONE STAR RATING on the web!!!
Best experience ever with a sensitive condition. Thank you Doctor!
Thank you for all you’re Professional assistance I’m so grateful awesome service everyone in urgent care n emergency employees GOD BLESS U THANK U THANK U I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER YOU ALL HELPED MYSELF THIS PAST TUESDAY ❤️❤️❤️❤️💜
Two stars only because I had one nurse who was actually helpful. They put an IV in me without informing me what it was/what it does for me. They covid tested me even though I refused three times & pulled away from the lady trying to do it. I informed them I had gotten two covid tests right before I came in to see them & I could provide them with that but they still shoved it down my nose anyway, without my consent. The best part about this whole experience was they spelled my name wrong & I wasn't able to get my prescriptions I needed so I had to drive 30 minutes (with a upper respiratory infection) to go back to them, just to sit for another hour while they fixed their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're okay with receiving treatment while being left in the dark.
Quick and easy
Dr. Espejo seemed to be in a bad mood when she saw me for my urgent care visit. She was talking over me before I could share with her the problem. When I felt as though she was talking about something different than what I was talking about, she did not like me trying to share and met me with aggression. She stood up shook her hands and said I was giving her resistance. She was visibly frustrated.I let her prescribe whatever she thought was best (even though it still didn’t make sense to me). The appt was resolved, but I will be seeing my primary dr on Monday because I don’t feel I had a thorough assessment with Dr. Espejo.Very disappointing and makes me question if Kaiser is quality enough care for me.
Even after I gave my medical record number they tried to screw me over by charging me full price. Only after I insisted that I had coverage that they revised my price. Avoid this scam.
I just visit this hospital this morning at the emergency dropped off at 3:10 a.m. I am very disturbed and bothered by the nurse and the security that keep on coming to my vehicle and bother me about parking where the sign clearly posted 20 minutes I'm I'm here only for 10 mins in the parking and the security guard and nurse came to my car like three times this is so stressful to be dealing about parking and them coming to my vehicle where it is coronavirus I hope they will train these people better customers service and don't bother me about parking they need to stay 6 ft away from me!
Blood work for me is a nightmare. I always get dizzy and pass out whenever I do blood work because of my phobia of needles and blood. This time was completely different, I didn't feel anything. Mrs Shenouda was very gentle, friendly and professional. I highly recommend her!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
