WARNING! If you have a fever along with any symptom that could possible be Covid (even if you have a negative Covid test) do not come to urgent care. As of now I have been outside in the Heat for the last two hours with my fever getting worse because the lady at the front desk made me wait outside. No one else is outside and the waiting rooms are full. No way that it’s just me that would be required to wait outside when I already have a fever. Horrible service and the doctors are never helpful at urgent care. Do not come here if you actually need help.
Going here to many years nothing improves with my health I’ve heard they hide a lot specially poor patients also a couple went to Er a Asian nurse was so mean I’ve always been afraid to go to Kaiser er because or her
Spent hours watching videos, going to consultations, signing forms, scheduling appointments, having appointments canceled, being put on waiting lists, over a period of 6 months, for a simple 15 minute procedure. I recieved a mailed letter post marked 9/2 about them scheduling my procedure for 9/3 which obviously didn't arrive til 9/7 without contacting me once. Which prompted me to switch to anthem in August when enrollment came up. So that $15 co-pay is now $1,500 - $2,000 procedure out of pocket. They provide little to no services (because they get paid wether they help you or not) until you finally give up. I can't waste another year on pathetic healthcare, even though it's alot of time to find new care for all five members of my family. Don't bother complaining to member services either, they basically just send a blanket letter saying they are looking into your grievance. The county did a far better job with Covid vaccinations and testing. These guys really dropped the ball during the pandemic, the one time in humanity when they really needed to shine. Plus the head/neck specialist here didn't catch or just didnt care about the hole in my left ear drum. That would only have been more work for him, so it's better that I "manage" my symptoms rather than him do something. Mutliple ENTs (at least three by my count) before him and after brought up the seriousness of my problem. Wish I had a high salary job that I didn't actually have to do. I hoped when I switched to kaiser for 3 years! I could eventually and finally get some care and relief. Instead I wasted 3 years being uncared for and brushed off. An elementary school nurse could've provided better care, sadly...
Awful 😣. My husband and I are having a miscarriage and we arrived at 850 and we’re still waiting in the ER waiting room AND haven’t seen a doctor! And I’m bleeding a lot. This is so devastating for my husband and myself. The way they treat patients that are elderly and unvaccinated is awful 😣. These nurses just want to pay and have no patients for individuals that need assistance. I’m heat broken and not feeling well. And they expect for me to go through this alone without my husband. Very insensitive .
Service is poor and stuff discriminates against Spanish people , Radiology department never answer the phone. very often we need to wait for more than 30 minutes probably they think that our time has no value
This place is not recommending
Kaiser has many problems is very fustrated when it comes to be seen by primary care. Primary care simple does not care about thier patientes. Whenever I have an emergency or need a reperal she is always out of office. She says go ro ER and ER says contac tou primary care. Is this realy a game or what is going on. I am trying to solve one illness and is being impossible waiting for more 3 months. I guess because she is in a good heath does care about her patientes.
If you are looking for OBGYN, do not come here! Nurses here are always on the run to go home. They'll make you wait for 30mins to 1hr then they will only check you for 5mins! Very unprofessional nurses are here on their OBGYN department. I am 39wks, and then they suddenly changes your schedule without you knowing! Plus, the receptionist at their department is so rude as well! ALSO always taking off her mask!

INCOMPETENT! INCOMPETENT! INCOMPETENT! They treat dementia patients and their families like they don't matter. And that's their GERIATRICS department!!!!!! My mother's now former gerontologist equated her dementia with Alzheimer's, when you don't have to be a doctor to know that they're not the same. I had to insist on a PET scan to prove him wrong. The scan showed no Alzheimer's but did show vascular dementia. The incompetent hack wouldn't discuss the PET scan results with me and their department kept cancelling each consecutive phone appointment I made. I have to fight for every bit of care for my mom. Despicable! Kaiser in general is a festering toilet that automatically flushes your money down the drain, but the geriatrics department is beyond terrible. If you can afford to leave Kaiser, do so now and sign up for a decent PPO plan that allows you to go to any specialist you choose at any time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
