This Hospital and staff have saved my Father's life 3 times. I am very grateful. My daughter had her baby here and I had radiation here. I absolutely love the nurses and doctors. They are the most caring people.Te bad apples don't exist here. For 25 years it has been our Hospital and we plan to stay here. Thank you Kaiser.
Nurses are great, not so much for ancillary services... Traffic is always an ordeal in Sunset facility.
My daughter and I got our vaccines today (9 yrs old first dose of Pfizer) (I got booster) it was a wonderful experience. 😊 10/10 I recommend getting your booster or covid vaccine here.
Currently in the ER! The Worst Service. Is Horrible!
If your a person of color, specially black or an elder person that’s alone, the help from anyone working here is very limited, rude, disrespectful, entitled. From the front desk with the security team (white shirts), to the medical staff, ending with the receptionists. This place has a huge problem with the treatment and attitude from the medical staff and it’s quite astonishing some of the things I’ve heard and seen from people who are suppose to be providing medical care. Kasier needs to hire secret fake patients to watch these employees. From my observations over the last month 2-3 days a week I would never recommend anyone to get care at this facility. Their irresponsible & no ones gonna listen until something worse happens than a fire on the 7th due to disgruntled ex employees. Get your employees under check.
OMG!!! If you want the best “GOLDEN HANDS” SurgeonDR. CHARLES CHANG is a life saver!! I was in tears when I met Dr. Chang my sciatic nerve after 3 epidurals in 9 months was soo bad I couldn’t sleep walk, work, or live my life until Dr. Chang took it upon himself to help me get back to my 48yrs young… THANK YOU DR. CHARLES CHANG for all you do everyday!!!
Better than Hollywood Presbyterian... Lol
This review that I am doing if for doctor Debra Arden at Kaiser in LAMC. In 2018 she did a C section for my daughter . It was a horrible experience for my daughter and my family , we almost lost her on the operation table . She lost 2 liter of her blood because of doctor Arden’s carelessness. She let the first or second year resident to do the whole c section procedure,by her self ,she was supposedly monitoring her resident ,but she lost the track and the time that my daughter was on the table and actively bleeding. At some point the anesthesiologist,God bless him ,warned doctor Arden that my doctor already lost 2 litters of blood and she needed to Harry and finish the surgery. I understand that Kaiser is a teaching hospital and they have to let resident to practice to become a doctor but attending must also be mindful and careful of the situation ,and not let the resident to take her sweet time to practice while patient is loosing her life on the table . That was a very traumatic experience physically and emotionally for all of us especially for my daughter. Loosing 2 litter of blood was so traumatic to her body that she couldn’t breastfeed her baby properly after birth ,she was not producing enough milk because of blood loss ,which effected her emotionally as well . Up until now her blood levels are not fully recovered and adjusted . She is pregnant now with her second child but her blood level is very low and consequently make her feel very tiered and short of breath. We are very afraid of past experience and we don’t know if she will survive the second C section with her low blood count .All of these problems would be prevented if doctor Arden could take over the surgery after see saw her resident is taking it too long and was not able to do a proper job in a timely manner . People’s life is not to be played with and take a chance and risk on . Attendings like her should not be so careless and conceded. I am a RN myself and saw so many surgeries done by other doctors ,they let the resident practice a little ,but they are hands on and careful. Residents can learn slowly little by little. For a long time I tried to not write these review because I am a nurse and have great respect for health care workers but my anxiety of possible danger to my child again is taking over and I want to verbalize what we went through these past couple of years and I know Kaiser is reading and paying attention to feed back and reviews . Hopefully this won’t happen to my daughter again. The sad part is that doctor Arden didn’t mention what really happened and never took responsibility and falsified in her recording. Shame on you doctor Arden .
Extremely expensive!!!! $1,800 for literally 5 minutes with a doctor about my sore elbow (I also had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor for 5 minutes). No x-rays, no treatment....I was just told that the pain might eventually go away on its own. Do not go unless you have health insurance or you are dying.
I would like to take this moment to thank the nurses who took the time to attend my wife after she had her bad experience at the beginning of her recovery. I know and hear how overworked you are, and I appreciate the way you all made my wife feel and responded to her needs, my wife appreciates the attention and care they provided to make up for the bad experience she had on her first day, thank you for reaching out to us, making my wife feel important and now she is on her third week of recovery from spinal surgery, thank you very much Dr Jung for your help and blessed hands that has made my wife, trust in you and your staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
