My personal experience and opinion comes with gratitude and great respect for my group Counselor Alajandro Martinez. He has vast knowledge, patience, understanding, and respect for us clients. Mr. Martinez is consistent with his professionalism and never showed favoritism to any individual based on his crime, race, age, belief and so on. Thank you Mr. Alajandro Martinez, I pray God blesses you for all you do to help us.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the recent actions of Alejandro at sunrise community center.During my sessions with them, I encountered horrible teaching , lack of passion from teacher, racism , disrespect such as unprofessionalism [he has to be the worst counselor and most out of touch counselor i have ever seen. He is so disrespectful to anyone that is not Hispanic. It is insane. The way he talks to us the client is truly disgusting. He leaves no room for passion, grace or understanding he doesn't care about yours situation. Only that his ego is stroked with his horrible language and La k of empathy. To be a counselor this is not right and this should be removed from the company the way he talks to us through text message and call. The classes make everyone literally fall asleep. Nobody pays attention in the class he is a horrible teacher to top it all off. This behavior is unacceptable and has had a significant impact on my trust and comfort during counseling sessions. As a client seeking support, I expected professionalism and ethical conduct, which, unfortunately, was lacking in this instance. I kindly request that the counseling center or relevant authorities investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I am open to providing further information if necessary.

The man named Alejandro is literally the most disgusting human ever. No respect for his students. He teaches the class in such a boring and non caring way that you have to fall asleep. The way this man talks to us it’s like he is from the hood somehwere. Horrible teacher who degrades any chance he gets. This man needs to be fired. Seriously. He is TL ruining people which his horrible attitude. It’s disgusting.

This is one of the best places for counseling services in Spanish. Sunrise has been serving the Latino community since 1946. Please call and ask about their counseling services. Free, no cost, programs are also available.
