I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Rusnack. She was very knowledgeable, considerate and she took plenty of time to explain the procedure. I had a hysterectomy. I chose to have robotic surgery. Terrific, I had to stay in the hospital one night. I had 5 or 6 little incisions . I wasn't in hardly any pain after the surgery. I was a little sore or tender around my middle but I would definitely recommend the robotic surgery to everyone. Great Dr., I only wish I had found her 6 months sooner.

Dr Rusnack is a rare find. She is engaging , respectful And knowledgeable. She listens and is respectful. She follows thru with recommendations and emails. She is calm, honest and willing to research best protocol for difficult conditions. Her kindness is rare , clearly she is following her hearts desire to serve and heal. I’m Never rushed , she considers not just my urological issue but has a more integrative approach. I have gone to Mayo Clinic more than once , Harvard and Stanford hospitals for help With this painful Disorder. No one helped me the way Dr Rusnack has. She is very well Respected by the board at cedars and by her fellow physicians. I have seen other Drs in this practice but none hold a candle. Let me emphasize this : see Dr Rusnick not another Dr at Tower Urology. She’s the gem that we all need when varying for a loved one or ourself. She’s the Dr we all hope for but rarely get. I’m A tough critic w physicians but this Dr - she’s a keeper

Dr. Rusnak has an angel face which calmed me down as I was expecting some hard times with my problem...she was patient with all of my questions and treated me with the best of care knowing I was afraid of the stretching uretha procedure..I made it okay and was happy she spent extra time with me to calm me down so the procedure didnt hurt as much as it used to....thanks to angel face, dr. Rusnack ^.^

I honestly believe I owe my Life to Dr Susan Rusnack. She treated me for Bladder Cancer in 2009. She was compassionate and eased my fears. I went for a cystoscope last week and 10 years later all is well!! Thank you Dr Rusnack!!! I will be FOREVER grateful!!!!

I felt very at ease taking with dr. Rusnack......I like her and dr. Mee...both are good doctors and give information to help the patient ^.^

Just this week Dr. Rusnak performed the removal of my kidney stone. She not only treated me with a warm kindness, but was clearly sincere in how she handled herself. The operation went smoothly and it is thanks to her competence and knowledge that I am able to recover. Thank you Doc.

She's highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and spent time before my first appointment to research a variety of options and treatments which have proven to be enormously helpful. Dr. Rusnack listened to my concerns and I left my first appointment greatly relieved and confident I was in good hands. Urology issues are not much fun but I always leave feeling optimistic. Dr. Rusnack is the BEST!!! So friendly and so knowledgeable. Really listens to you. Doesn't suggest unnecessary treatments or medicines.
