It was a wonderful experience.
Dr Benjamin Leshin and staff front desk Susan are amazing thank you for taking care of my back.
Just loved the complete experience very nice professional and clean place, so grateful to be a patient
I was there at Santa Ana location compared to the beautiful offices demonstrated online lol nothing like Santa Ana location. The place is over 60 years old I think the carpet is the same when I used to crawl around. I never got to see a dr they just wanted me to get shots and no meds. Well I'm glad I listen to my instincts I'm getting the care I need some where else and as for that dump staff rude. I gave them my medical records to make copies and handed back all folded up out of order. No smiles and one on the staff said the Dr is never here if you need to see someone fast you should go some where else. Good luck Santa Ana location.....
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP. YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THE HELP AND TREATMENT YOU NEED. Can I rate zero? This is by the absolute worst place to come to. If you're in need of medical help and treatment, you won't find it here. Matthew Shaffer NP is an absolute joke and at this point I'm wondering if he's even any sort of professional. He canceled my first appointment a few months ago, 5 min prior, because he couldn't be bothered to plan ahead for Dodgers parade traffic (I made it). I left a review last time but gave him a second chance and removed it, which was a huge mistake. When I show up, the woman at the front desk said "We called and left a message" I look at my phone and it was literally 5 min prior to my appointment. "5 min before my appointment?" I ask. And like the sloth from zootopia she, devoid of life, simply says "Yeah." Had to wait several weeks for another available appointment. Still in desperate need of help and in extreme pain. Then there is the ACTUAL MD - Benjamin Leshin. In extreme pain, of course they end up canceling and reschedule my injection appointment and had to wait another 4 weeks. When I finally had my appointment, he refused to take 5 minutes to write me a prescription for manual therapy. His reason "This shot will work way better than ANY miofascial release." I push back mentioning, "Ok, but I mean for the long term as I'm continuing PT." After a silent pause he says "...don't you have a follow up? You can ask then." Which was a week out... AND passed the buck to good ol' Matthew who likely got his NP license from the internet. Matthew says he will push on my insurance for the MRI if needed. Well I needed. I messaged the portal, nothing. I call the office a few days later a woman answers, takes the message as the option specifically is FOR taking messages. OPTION 3. Nothing....no response. I give up with this scam artists and get my chiro to help since he actually does his job. Unfortunately I'm stuck with these scam artists pretending to be medical "professionals" yet they are absolutely useless. I won't blame their desk staff, they seem nice, but they're clearly not trained. Yesterday I called after leaving another message on the portal (they tell you to do this also) and follow up once again with option 3. After telling me I needed to set another appointment just to get a response to my portal message and then hung up when transferring me. She calls back and suddenly now she's able to leave a message but won't be until 4:30 as Matthew is busy doing god knows what pretending to play doctor. Annnnnd another day has passed and ZERO response. These people need to be held accountable for their negligence and inability to fill their responsibilities which are other's wellbeing in their hands. Honestly I'm shocked there aren't a pile of malpractice cases against this place. If anyone has any information on how to hold these scammers accountable please reach out. They should not be practicing. The law needs to stop this blatant abuse of position. I get it.Their pockets are full. Why try so hard? Have them make another appointment, I've got to rehearse my lines for the next batch of fools... there are real doctors out there, but not here. Go elsewhere. You won't regret it and actually get treatment and support.
A1 services at this medical group Synovation, they are very professional, I've been going there for years no complaints.
Excellent care and service!
Doctors and staff are great!
I had a truly great experience at Synovation Medical Group. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Ghazaryan was especially impressive — kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my treatment plan. You can genuinely tell he cares about his patients and their well-being. Highly recommend Synovation Medical Group if you’re looking for compassionate care and a doctor who truly knows what he’s doing.
A very nice & professional experience !! My needs were addressed with much care & concern.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
