Unprofessional, they told us we had the appointment at 2:45pm when we got there they told us the appointment was at 2:00pm and couldn't take us. Even though when we went to a different location they told us we did have an appointment at 2:45pm.
The worst place ever!! The staff are soo rude! Especially in suite #360 y suite #300. The worst. Don't recommend this place. They leave you on your own they dont help in anything especially the doctor!!
the big lady in the front was soo rude. They don't care about the patients I would not recommend
The staff are super nice. And friendly the dr are excellent.. I get all my questions answered.. appointment are on time not a long wait.. they are excellent
Terrific! Very short wait, didn't see Dr. Ali, but Dr. Reis was great!
Dr. Sami Ali has given the worst patient care I have ever seen. I can’t express enough how bad my experience was with him. His office canceled my mom’s appointment without any notice or valid explanation. Every time I call the office they claim they don’t have the patients information on file. They are very disorganized and unhelpful. They take an immense amount of time to give an answer that should take second. After explaining to the doctor that the patient was not able to come in for their results, he was not willing to work with us on discussing the results. I’ve never seen such a difficult process for something that should be so simple.
Dr. Sami Ali is not a good oncologist. If I could give him 0 stars I would. He has an attitude with people who don’t speak English very well. Due to the language barrier he pays less attention to them. He also took too long on deciding what method would be best in attacking the type of tumor my family member had. His lack of urgency in my family members case led to time passing & the cancerous tumor growing. He also took too long in recommending a specialist for the type of tumor my family member had. Once he finally did send him to a specialist it was too late because his cancer was already advanced and the specialist couldn’t do much for him anymore. So my family member never received any type of chemotherapy due to Sami Ali taking too long in recommending a specialist. So I would not recommend this oncologist and I would suggest going elsewhere. Sami Ali is a terrible oncologist.
Overscheduled me and then I waited about a month for my appointment and a few days before my appointment they told me they scheduled me on accident and that they already told the girl not to be scheduling but she doesn’t listen. (Unprofessional) wasn’t funny when they didn’t honor me any time already waited they scheduled me for a whole other months wait. Sad Two months just waiting to be seen because of someone in their office “mistake” then they want to be rude.
absolutely the worst people to try to deal with as far as getting in touch with the doctor or the pharmacy they direct you to leave a voicemail or to text them and then they promptly ignore the voicemails or texts you will never get a response back finally had to go through my insurance company to get a hold of anybody about a urgent prescription
Staff is the best.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
