I have been working with Dr. Angelika for an extended period of time and must admit that I was taken to a new level of self-control and self-regulation using tools and suggestions from the doctor. Angelika helped me to identify areas for self improvement and guided me towards my therapy goals. Definitely recommend working with Dr. Angelika and it worth every penny...

Dr. Bentson has been a real lifesaver for me, I’ve been working with him for the last several months & he’s been pivotal in helping me heal. He is an expert in dealing with trauma and stress related issues and has taught me the tools I need to face the real life situations as they arise. Dr Bentson has shown real compassion and care through this whole process. It was also unique to experience how Dr Bentson adds somatic-body based modes, and skill building practices to some of our sessions - these methods were very helpful for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bentson to anyone that is seeking help.

This has been a unique experience in that the level and depth of understanding and treating trauma (PTSD) is by far the most comprehensive I have ever experienced while in therapy. Though I 5personally have to work really hard and often feel emotionally drained and confused, I have learned so much about the many faces of trauma and I am beginning to understand more about myself and how to heal

My son started seeing Dr. Coleman, from this practice, in mid 2022. She is a perfect fit for him, which is not always the easiest thing for me to find. He has worked through a lot of past/current challenges in addition to working on plans of action for future goals of his. He is also given homework that offers him tangible steps to go from where he is to where he wants to go. She also provides a floor for me to follow up with her on questions that I may have about my sons sessions, as well as topics or issues that I’d like him to focus on. I am very grateful and thankful to Dr. Coleman and I am happy that my son is still working with her. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
