Levin hope stopped prescribing me my adhd meds without warning. which is like taking an injured persons crutches when they are recovering but the surgery never worked. Then I said I could meet someone else and she said to just reschedule and then referred me outside? Idk just a colored student With no record or school discipline ? But shout out minty sodah she was cool just a busy schedule

Ask them to refer you to a different counseling center. Avoid CAPS if you can. UCLA do better!

Receptionist was extremely kind, I was given triage-therapy by Jonna and she did such a wonderful job talking to me and guiding me in the right direction to receive help for my problems. Super straight-forward system and understanding personnel.

doesn't have appointments until december. why do we put so much money into sports when our mental health facilities are so clearly underfunded for a school with 30,000+ students?

I've gone to this clinic for over 4 years and have seen multiple providers there. I agree with the other reviews that the admin/office side of the clinic is disorganized and largely unprofessional. But unfortunately it became obvious to me that the clinic, including the executive leadership, does not prioritize or support patient health. For example, in all 4 years of going, I missed two visits - one due to a family emergency and the most recent due to the flu. Both times I notified the office in advance of the appointment and tried to cancel/reschedule the appointment but was still charged a fee (due to not giving enough advanced notice of these emergency situations). Even with this last and final time, the office, including executive leadership, refused to accept the doctor's note I provided in support of having the flu and still charged me. While their mission is to support students, their practices are more indicative of their values.
