I never had any problem with anyone at the desk and Bob Hope or any of the CLA services. They are Very hard-working, they are quite busy! So those who are leaving bad reviews, should think about how many people come in and out and how hard they work. Just my opinion.

The lack of compassion and concern for my medical issues is lacking in both staff and doctor. I came in with a list of issues, one being I felt a UTI coming on, they refused to check my urine sample I had, doctor dismissed my concerns and said it was probably from the statin medication I stopped taking a few days prior, 2 days later, full blown UTI, doctor refused to acknowledge and kept telling me it was my kidneys, went to urgent care, then ended up in the ER with now a kidney infection because UTI was not treated. I hate to say it but I received better Comprehensive and Quality of care at the emergency room. Dance your self the trouble and go to ER

Rude front office staff. I asked to use the restroom, before checking in. She proceeded to check information and when I requested to use the restroom again, she rolled her eyes and said "Fine". Proper skills need to be taught to the check in staff, asking to use the restroom prior to an appt is not out of the norm.

WOW. just received my bill. This place charges $848 just for a visit. No one advised me of that and when I questioned it, was simply told, well you should have asked! Lucky my insurance covered some of it, but what a LOVELY surprise to receive.....and to finish it off, the doctor didn't have a diagnosis and referred me elsewhere. LOL. Good luck everyone.

Woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive towards my husband and I. She was on the phone and didn’t even put her call on hold while telling us we had to wait outside to call and register etc etc. Then said “sorry about that…” to whoever she was on the phone with like we were just some inconvenience. We then waited outside as instructed only to be told abruptly by someone else “you can’t stand out here you have to wait in your car because patients enter through here” and we ARE patients! Just disgusted with the patient service. Wow.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this clinic deserves it. I haven’t felt so cared for at a doctors office since my childhood physician who was my friend’s father. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor I saw were all incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. I feel very lucky to be able to have a clinic like this to come to, I wish I would have known about it sooner.
