United Medical Imaging Of Mid Wilshire's Online Review Report Card

Adam medical technician started off on the wrong foot but it ended much better. The manager is great but it was initially a frustrating and time consuming process in the wait room. I had to follow up multiple times for everything  which was quite annoying for me Parking was limited, metered or a paid garage

THE WORST TECHNICIAN. When he took my xray he asked me if I've had surgery (gallbladder surgery 10 years ago) and when I said yes he replied "I can see the staple".It didn't occur to me to ask him what he meant but I've had pain in that area for years and when I got home I called to speak with him for further explanation and was told he was with a patient to I left my phone #. After 40 mins I called back and was told he left for the day and that the tech said to speak to my doctor about it. WTF.The Receptionist couldn't have been any nicer and she apologized for him. I'm trying to wrap my head around why he couldn't take 15 seconds to call me. I hope Karma pays him a visit.Doctors:  DO NOT SEND YOUR PATIENTS HERE: AVOID THIS IMAGINE CENTER

I really wasn't looking forward to my visit but the girls at the front really lifted my spirits. Erika and Chelsea were really great at making me feel comfortable. They were sweet and high spirited. Really great staff i haven't seen anywhere else. Usually at doctor offices they aren't like this. Thanks ladies.

I've had to go into United Medical Imaging for an accident I was involved in several times. While the waiting room can get busy, the women at the front every time I was there were friendly and made me comfortable. I made sure to get each of their names. Carmen and Julie were their my first day and another two I think it was Erika and Chelsea on another visit. In New York I've never met such a great staff that made sure I was in and didn't miss my other appointments for the day. I've had to go into United Medical Imaging for an accident I was involved in several times. While the waiting room can get busy, the women at the front every time I was there were friendly and made me comfortable. I made sure to get each of their names. Carmen and Julie were their my first day and another two I think it was Erika and Chelsea on another visit. In New York I've never met such a great staff that made sure I was in and didn't miss my other appointments for the day. Thank you to each of them for making sure my experience was all the better.

This diagnostic facility is the best kept secret in LA! No wait, friendly staff and knowledgeable techs. The instant I walked in, the reception desk ladies greeted me with a smile. How many times does that happen in a medical office? They were genuine and caring and made me feel instantly better. I was nervous about my ultrasound and the tech Romina and her intern Rosario put me at ease. Everybody was professional and 'human' at the same time. Carmen and the other ladies at the front desk also answered questions about an MRI I needed to schedule in great detail. They took the time to explain. They were human, they cared. I have been trying to get a mammogram for nearly 4 months. I was given contact information for UMI by my insurance. I called them and they said they don't do mammograms at that location, nor do they advise the insurance of this fact. Calling insurance back to tell them not to use this provider. They are condescending and fast-talking on the phone. Never, never use this imaging center.

This was the worst facility and worst MRI I have ever had. I would never return to this facility. The technician was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was in excruciating pain with the injection given for the dye for the MRI-A and they were unsympathetic and basically made fun of me. Definitely find a better place to have imaging done.

Such a wonderful team. And by a team, I mean the entire personals. However, I only remember : Carmen, Shelsey,, and Erica's names at the front desk. Respectful, kind, And to be frank they've done stuff for me which is not in their scope of work. They went beyond to inform me about my insurance situation. I called to let them know I was coming and asked to get the report and disc to the imaging I had done there A Year ago. I am told on the phone that another disc will be $50 dollars. I then asked if I may get the paper copy> After they asked for a fax number. I don't have a FAX in my pocket. I asked if I could come get the paper report. No our machine is broke. I really don't believe Alissa or Erica when I asked her name she first said one than the other.
