Urgentmed - West Hollywood's Online Review Report Card

Absolutely great experience at UrgentMED. Took my daughter in for a sinus infection on Labor Day. We expected to wait forever nope We were seen quickly and in about half the expected wait time. We expected to be processed by staff who were not very engaged with us. Wrong again The staff are super friendly and really take the time to provide great service and make you comfortable from the minute you walk in until you see the doctor. Dr. Odigie in particular has the BEST bedside manner may be the best I have ever seen in a doctor. It is such a rarity these days to find medical care that feels professional personal and competent and UrgentMED is getting it right. I certainly do not look forward to having a need to visit an urgent care but at least I know that if I do this is a place where I will find the care that I need.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST I called at 640pm today and asked of they are taking walk ins and what time they close. The receptionist said they close at 8pm and that they are walk ins only.I came in at 717pm and she told me the doctor took the last patient at 7 so they are not taking any more patients. It is VERY unprofessional and disrespectful to those who are already in pain to make them drive to a location only to hear that they are not taking any more patients. A professional and competent receptionist would have informed me when I called at 640 that they stop taking patients at 700 and that closing at 8 is basically a false advertisement which would save me time as I would go to a different location. Now I have to wait till the morning to go in again. HORRIBLE customer service. She should be trained or fired.

I came in on Wednesday morning and was assisted by Brenda she was very helpful in explaining the protocols for covid testing and explaining the different tests that they offer. I will definitely be returning for any urgent matters

I was seen by Dr. Fischer today for a minor issue and he was great He addressed all of my concerns and I was even able to purchase my medication there. Will be returning for awesome care

Came in on Tuesday with motorcycle roadrash was great by Nancy great receptionist got me in quick and saw the doctor in no more then a few minutes of my arrival saw dr.tina was very thorough with me about my injuries and the nurse that patched me up was Kimberly great staff high recommend coming here

Have been to this clinic in the past had to go in again and had a terrible staff on this visit. I guess they couldnt verify my insurance and one of the front office name Kelly was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Lots of other urgent cares in this town would recommend to go else where

Probably the worse Urgent Care  I have ever visited. Not only did the doctor announce my symptoms in the waiting room she also handed me a printed prescription  and announced what medication I needed IN THE WAITING ROOM WITH OTHERS AROUND. Very unprofessional. The front desk murmured a giggle as if I was part of their entertainment Their current brand slogan is patients first however that is far from the truth. As a patient my number one priority is privacy which seemed like it was their last priority. I would never come here again. Do yourself a favor and go to the Urgent care on Fairfax they are friendly and most importantly confidential

Extremely disappointing Staff especially Nancy was very Unaccommodating and showed no concern or care with my friends and I who were interested in getting a Covid test. This is why people are running around spreading Covid because when they do want to do the responsible thing and make sure they are safe by getting a test they are met by rude and lack luster staff who are unwilling to make your experience pleasurable. I did not end up getting a test unfortunately.

If you happen to hurt yourself THIS is the place to go GREAT care I sliced open my knuckle  on a Friday evening and was in a complete panic over so much bleeding. I was alone when I did it amp it was very scary. Dr. Gaila Kenneally was absolutely wonderful at calming me and stitching up my wound Excellent bedside manner helpful and thoughtful. I was very impressed Also Brenda Terrence Kimberly Josh amp Drew were so helpful and professional Arwen at the other location Fountain was also great amp helpful I had to go to the other location the following day for a wound check w same Dr. and tetanus shot. Im very pleased to know that such a good facility is so close by. Such a good doctor Thanks Dr. Kenneally I hope to never again need them but its good to know Highly recommend. Five stars.
