Automated system s.why u want people to make app if you a s dont work plus your from desk receptionist has a nasty attitude.you need to escalated this😓
Minding my own business, I go to wait for a girlfriend at an outside patio. There's two high quality climbing ropes hanging next to the door. So out I go to peer to the top of the sixteen story building. Much to my surprise I spy "Nick Danger", (I'm not making that up) washing about one window each five minutes for $30 an hour. Someone is seriously under paid!
This review is relevant to this location only, as I've had excellent results when working with Quest Diagnostics Lab center in my area.I was scheduled for a Doctor's appointment at this location at 11:00AM. I arrived at 10:30AM only to be told that she would see me at 12:00PM because she was running behind. This is not acceptable. I bit my tongue and waited until 12:00PM. No one came to see me, so at 12:30PM I went to the nurse to ask what's going on, and she says, "Oh the doctor is at lunch and she'll be available at 1:30PM."I cancelled my appointment, and expressed my frustration of these delays. The nurse then tells me, "So the doctor isn't allowed to have lunch"? Obviously missing my point. It's a time-management issue, not the doctor having lunch. As I was trying to explain this to her, she got loud and said, "Ok you've already been refunded! What's the problem now?!"She did this in front of 5 other patients that immediately expressed surprise. Summary: I arrived at 10:30AM, was told to wait until 12:00PM, and then I was told that because she was having lunch it would be 1:00PM. That's a 2.5 hours of my time wasted due to the delay. Obviously had I know this beforehand, I would have never stopped by this location. To top it off, the nurse had the nerve to be rude with me by yelling at me, while I was explaining in a very civil manner my frustration with the way they handled my situation.
Its been about five years since I last had to take a drug screening for a job. I have to say this is by for the most professional, swift and efficient location I have been to for a screening. They are willing to take walk-ins but the determining factor of your wait time depends on how much blood work they have to do on others this the reason for appointments. There are parking meters surrounding the location, so that wasnt a problem. The parking meters only allow an hour at a time so paid for an hour with the intention of coming back by 9:09am to feed the meter once more. Cindy was very nice. I had to check in with her first with ID and drug screen request from my employer. She advised me that drug screenings don't normally start until 10am. I knew they opened at 8am and was prepared to wait. Fortunately, I was allowed in. I was greeted by Naomi. She was polite and sincere with me. She explained to me that depending on the amount of blood work that had to perform, I would be called pretty quickly. While waiting, I was observing her. She was efficient, humble and went out of her way to help each patient. She made each person feel welcomed. An observing patient that was waiting as well had the nerve to counsel her concerningby being too nice to those who are disabled yet have an independent spirit. She told her that she worked at a job with disabled ones and was told not to extend too much help to disabled ones because it leaves them with their dignity to allow them to do for themselves. Naomi actually went out her way to open the exit door to help this patient that was in a wheel chair. The door that she was exiting out of actually opened inward and would have posed a hazard if the patient would have been struggling to exit and another patient was trying to enter. So in my opinion she did the right thing. It wasn't too long until I was called by Chris (the one who actually took my urine sample). It shocked me to be called so fast. He was thorough and explained the procedure well. When I say "procedure" that's exactly what I mean. I would call it the "You don't fool me and I don't fool you" procedure. You have exactly four minutes to urinate. You're not allowed to flush the toilet or wash your hands right away until your test is collected and you're guided to a sink to do so. Nothing can be left in the pockets of your clothes and any items you have on you would be placed into a lockbox until urine is collected. If by four minutes you're not done, you will receive a knock on the door. I was told its best to drink orange juice or black coffee, anything with a color and a good amount because you will have to fill two tubes that looks like about 4 ounces each. After my urine was collected and I washed my hands, I was told to watch as my information was imputed into the computer and while my sample was labled. I was also asked to look at the screen to make sure the numbers matched the numbers on my sample and also to sign off it as being accurate. Its a process but Chris was so efficient until I was back at my car at 8:48am. Remember I had to be back at the meter by 9:09am. I had a very awesome experience. I hope Quest gains the trust of many companies as a location to recieve drug screenings of future employees.
I gave 2 stars because the front desk guy was just mean. We didn’t feel singled out because he gave attitude to EVERYONE he spoke to. I get it, you don’t like your job. Get one that you like. Sick people are coming here to try and help find out what is making them sick. They don’t need a person behind a desk yelling at them and making them feel worse. Now the phlebotomist taking the blood was absolutely amazing! Very comforting and painless. First impressions from the guy at the front desk though made her hard work harder to make a positive impression. Get rid of that guy at the front desk and we will be back.
The staff and personnel at this site are courteous, sincerely dedicated to making sure that your visit is conductad as efficiently as ekkpossibsteamlinesmhg
After reading all the previous reviews, I was a little nervous about what I was going to experience at my appointment today. Thankfully, my experience was completely different than people who have already posted reviews here. I had an appointment at 10 am. I was brought back at 10:10 am for all my blood work. I was doing a glucose tolerance test also, so I was there for about 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Chris. They explained everything to me and were very quick. Only thing that was a bummer was that they didn't have WiFi for me to connect to while I waited to have my second and third rounds of blood work drawn for the glucose tolerance. Otherwise, it was a very simple and professional process. Thanks!
I had an appointment with them and for being only about 15-20 min late because of the traffic in DTLA and their parking was horrible that they made me pay extra cuz the amount of time spent. Very bad service. They made me wait as a walk in and lied and told me it would be 30 min wait time and waited over an hour to just check in and continued waiting 30-40 min more to be called in to do my urine test. 2 hours for just a urine test that I had an appointment for!
Very poor patient relationship and communication from the staff. When I asked about my insurance coverage of fees, the receptionist simply said “I don’t know” with the language and tone that it was not her responsibility to know and therefore it was my problem to handle. As a healthcare professional myself, the disregard for patient concern was very shocking and left a very bad impression of Quest Diagnostics as a whole.
Clean place and nice people but they're always behind schedule unfortunately.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
