I scheduled over the phone. Had my five minute consult with a doctor that was so wishy washy I left knowing LESS than when I came in. Here's the kicker - $400 for a 5 minute consultation! IT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR PROCEDURE. The lady who spoke to me over the phone and who also helped me in person NEVER MENTIONED THAT! Not once. Beware.

It’s getting here that’s tough. Google maps sent me down streets under construction or completely gridlocked. Doctors & staff here get an A. Google maps gets an F-

Dr Rao helped me weather a challenging surgery experience by giving me time - explaining every aspect of my procedure prior - as well as answering my questions. It helped me tremendously...information is king. Great manner and very compassionate.

Dr. Moridzadeh is absolutely an amazing doctor, and human being. So very nice, approachable, and an excellent listener. Very knowledgeable in all areas, in addition to his specialty. You are in good hands with Dr. Moridzadeh. He is the top of the line. First class doctor! So happy I was referred to him!

The surgeon Dr. Rajeev Rao is an excellent surgeon. I have positive visits when I meet with him; I give 5 stars for him and Martin, but the rest of the office staff needs work. They need to be more professional, friendly and take better care of the patients that visit.

So far I have only interacted with Dr. Rao on the pre-op consult. But the phone consult was great and his office staff has been on the ball and fantastic in being very open and clear about costs, insurance coverages etc.

Dr. Rao took time to carefully explain the procedure. His manner was warm and thoughtful. He clearly had a refreshing affection for his craft. When he was done, I felt far more knowledgable and reassured.
