overly confusing experience i booked a package that was promoted on ig but was charged a higher price. i ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the initial part of my service. in the meantime, before my treatment the owner, sandrine, tried to talk me in to purchasing a series of treatments. let's get the current service right before trying to get me to pay more. while it may be a fit for some, i would not recommend this establishment.

I had such a wonderful experience at Vendome and would reccomend to all. I went in to do something nice for myself after seeing a promo deal, and am so glad I did. Sandrine the owner is an amazing person and has created such a nourishing environment. She and my esthetician took amazing care of me. My visit to Vendome was the first time I'd felt safe to quiet my mind in a long time. I will definitely be back :)

Be careful spending money here or working here, they do not pay their employees. I was hired to manage their social media/create and shoot content and I am still owed the entire amount we agreed upon and they have not paid me and are now refusing. If i were you i would take your business elsewhere and not put money into the pockets of dishonest and scammy business owners. Other members of staff I spoke to experienced similar practices.

Vendome Spa is the BEST spa in Los Angeles. I have traveled the world and nothing compares to the care, attention, and excellence of this spa. From the moment you are greeted, to the exemplary services to the follow up post service. Vendome is world class, they have affected my wellness so completely. Sandrine Chevalier is a premiere owner and operator. They genuinely care for their clients. I would go nowhere else for spa/wellness service.

I had the most incredible facial experience at Vendome with Chelsea, the esthetician, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She performed a luxurious HydraFacial combined with Gua Sha, Cryo, and Oxygen treatments, which left my skin feeling completely refreshed, radiant, and noticeably smoother. The combination of these treatments gave my skin an incredible glow and a sense of deep rejuvenation. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Chelsea was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. The staff at the spa are also extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Chelsea for anyone seeking top-notch skincare treatments with amazing results. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

I love it here! I recommend the aromatherapy massage and foot retreat. Omg!!! I didn’t want to leave. The owner and staff were very posh and professional. From the tea to the bubbles in the lovely lounge, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Their gift certificates are perfect for any occasion or celebration. I’ll be back again soon!
