Veretta Deorosan's Online Review Report Card

I have literally called this office over 16 times and I keep getting placed on hold and then hung up on. Worst office I’ve called 😂 but it’s through Medical so I guess that’s why it is how it is. I’m 7 months pregnant and need an OB. If anyone knows how I can get a referral without going through this office please let me know!

Took 2 months to get an appointment. All went well till time for refills of medications that I absolutely need! I've been calling daily for 15 days. Put through to her "refill line" and told she checks it day. STILL NO REFILLS AND BEING IGNORED! Don't waste your time or money here. They couldn't care less about your health. Super unprofessional.

These girls at the front desk are absolutely rude and lazy! They don’t even mention their name when they answer unless you ask! Nor do they let you finish before transferring you to somewhere else, the only way to communicate with them is by being rude yourself! I spoke with a shante who just wouldn’t even answer my call and just transfer my calls to idk who, when I told the other fd what I was calling for she said I had to speak to the front desk, I said ok can you transfer me back to her idk why she keeps transferring me when she finally answered super rude without saying her name again I asked “who am I speaking with” she said “Shante who is this?” Very unprofessional and This is unbelievable Shante or whatever her name is needs to learn better communication skills. I am a new patient and called to schedule a new appt. as I’m due in 9 weeks. If I knew it was going to be like this I would’ve just kept my insurance at my previous doctors where I never had an issue like this. The reason why I changed was because I didn’t want the delivery hospital I was assigned to. Now I have to “wait” to hear back to make sure “my insurance is valid” let’s see if they call or answer my calls back smh.

Dr. Deorosan is perfessional and communicates with you to make you feel comfortable with her service. The Staff is also very perfessional. Enjoy visiting her for years.

This review is not for the doctor herself but her office, especially the referral coordinator. The only reason I have them as my PCP is because they are in the same network with my OB. I asked for a referral to the OB after I switched to a different insurance company, and a week later, the referral coordinator still haven’t submitted the referral to the insurance company for approval. I am due in 7 weeks, and this makes me very frustrated. I cannot make any appt with the OB and cannot make hospital arrangement.I cannot trust this place, and definitely will not recommend them.

Horrible. No answer over the phone and they apparently moved locations 1 month ago and didn’t tell their patients.

Showed up for in person appointment. Office was steipped of everything. Office supplies, equipment, chairs, etc. It was like showing up post apocalypse. Nothing posted about a different address or movement of the Office. Name was still outside the door.

I have such a horrible time getting appointment before Covid and Covid has made it even worse ‍

Worst staff ever

Had a phone appt, was referred by Deorosan to get some x-rays. Did that and did not ever hear from the doctor to review my results, schedule a follow up, etc. Called the office multiple times, reached out via the portal that she said she was good at responding to. Nothing. Office staff all said "oh we emailed her we'll email her again" ???????? VERY unprofessional. I expect wayyyyyyy more from someone that is supposed to help with my health. Office staff needs replacing or re-training, doesn't seem like they know what they're doing. Got ahold of my x-ray results and switched doctors. You would think they would treat new patients better? Oh well.
