I love Dr. Vincent and his office team ! Each visit I come away a better understanding of my situation and a clear path to better health. Dr. Vincent is not my first Nephrologist and I never do these reviews but I feel I should give praise where praise is due and it is certainly due here. Thank you for the great care !!!

I loved Dr. Anthony when I visited him in person. It was easy to make an appt and he was really good. I was told to call him for the results of my tests. It took 3 full weeks and 6 calls to hear back from him. I was told by his staff that I would hear from him in 24 hours and then I never did. He did eventually call me back, but it left a bad feeling having to work so hard to get in touch with my doctor without any info on when I should expect him to call back or the reasons for the delay.

This is not a good doctor. Does not follow through. Does not do paper work,ignores request for documentation. Can't get him to return calls. Just in it for the money. Owned 2different practices can't get the job done. Staff is a joke. One of the worst offices I have ever used. Would not take my dog to him ,he is that bad

The doctor put me on a new medication and it gave me terrible side effects. I called the doctor for six weeks asking whether I should continue taking it. Six weeks without a response. I changed doctors and asked to get a copy of my records. After one month and four calls, the office hadn't sent anything. I stopped by in person to pick them up and bumped into the doctor. I very calmly and politely said, "I just wanted to let you know I was trying to get in contact with you for over a month because I had serious problems with a prescription you prescribed. After not hearing from you, I've decided to change doctors." He grinned, flashed a peace sign at me, and walked away. What a disgrace. It turns out he was very wrong with my diagnosis as well. I'm glad to have found a new doctor.
