DONT GO HERE! Very Unprofessional, first of all It was my first time here and I got lip filler and they made me pay before I got anything done then said oh come back in a hour after I had already paid bc apparently the injector was at lunch, weird but ok but that’s not the weirdest part. My friend and her mom came here for their filler and Botox that’s how I heard abt this place and they went the week before me so it took a min for the tox to settle I guess and she calls me when I get back into their office complaining that her Botox is messed up but I wasn’t getting Botox so it didn’t affect me but the NOSY RECEPTIONIST went and told whoever the owner is which first of all is a total violation like why is some receptionist even listening to my call like do ur job, then I get pulled into I guess the managers office like I’m in trouble or something mind u I had ALREADY PAID and she’s basically giving me shit because my friend was otp talking shit because they had messed up her Botox and I’m like this literally has nothing to do with me like why am I being pulled into this office rn at this point I just want my filler that I had alr paid for, and at one point in the conversation she was like why are u even here if u don’t like us and I’m like IVE NEVER EVEN BEEN HERE BEFORE 😭 it just made the whole process of being there very uncomfortable and weird. The receptionist should’ve never been listening to my private convo and the owner should’ve never pulled me into the office when her issue wasn’t with me it was with my friend and her mom just very unprofessional on their part. I did end up getting the lip filler because I felt like I would’ve definitely not got a refund even if no service was provided and my lips don’t look bad honestly the only thing I can say is it was more painful than anywhere else I’ve gone to get filler but nothing crazy.

This is not at all a false claim. I still have the number of one of the receptionists that worked there 5 years ago. LOL. Y'all are a butcher shop.

Would not recommend any procedures here still have a dent on my right side upper (forehead) from supposedly Botox that was probably illegal not FDA approved about 2 yrs ago. Syringe is not made infront of you nor do you see what they're injecting in you. Yes I've called and I was in the system as well as they said that might have happened but they got rid of the nurse that injected me. Just because my yelp name doesn't have my full name doesn't apply anything so your absolutely false...

First Time Getting Filler & Botox--and I'm So Glad I Did! This was my very first time getting filler and Botox, and I couldn't have picked a better place than VOLUMÉ. I was a little nervous going in because I didn't know what to expect, but Julia made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured to do more than I needed. She was super honest and kind--just said, "you could use a little here, maybe a little there," and that was it. I seriously cannot believe how good I look. My lips look amazing--plump but still totally natural--and my face just looks softer and more relaxed. I feel like the best version of myself. Some of my friends had already been to VOLUMÉ and loved it, and now I see why. If it's your first time or you're just doing touch-ups, this place is a gem. Julia, you're a rockstar--thank you for making me feel so confident and taken care of!

I do not recommend this place I went to Volume spa several times without issue with the injector Tony, but I recently went back and they had a different nurse that was doing injections. I Received lip filler and also Botox. I waited for over an hour when I had an appointment already scheduled. But this is not the main problem. It’s been about a week now since I received the Botox in my Masseter Muscles to even out my face and help my TMJ but the Botox was put in incorrectly, and now my face is drooped on one side and lifted on the other, and I am unable to smile and they are extremely unprofessional PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

I was seen for rejuran injection and I loved the results my skin looks soft and it helped with the texture, the nurse was very helpful when it came to choosing the right treatment. The Staff at the front desk very kind and welcoming.

Yesterday I was a first time client at Volumé Medspa. I was seen for chin filler and botox. My chin filler is perfect and the price was right. The nurse knew exactly how many units to give me for my desired look. It's common for nurses to not give me enough units to get no movement but I didn't have that problem here. My Botox is barely settling today and it looks better day by day! I can't thank you guys enough, especially front desk for being so kind and patient with me. Thank you Volumé
