The office staff are awful. They took over a month to schedule me in after jumping through hoops to be seen to only be told that right before my appointment that they don't take my insurance. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm glad I'm going to be referred somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and unsympathetic to the patients situation. This isn't a five star restaurant...it's a rheumatologist who is treating people who really need him. Being seeing by him or her, shouldn't be this hard.

I’ve called multiple times and left several messages asking for a call back. I have not received a call back and the number listed on the website seems to be the only way to speak with someone. Will someone please let me know if there is a different phone number or an email address? Thank you.

I just on 21st first time very nice good service very lovely doctor explain to me every thing didn't left anything out I recommend it to everyone

I had started to think I was never going to be able to get dressed without pain. But Dr Kades has done me right. I started a new NSAID and 2 days has shown significant improvement. I had tears this morning after I realized I am finally feeling better. It’s such a big deal to be able to move my arms. Very grateful for his help. 🤗

Dr Kades is the best doctor I have had. He listens to you and actually cares that you feel better. He has a sharp mind and never forgets anything and digs down deep to get answers. He's quick to take action and I just trust him to take care of my overall health. I have also never waited more then 20 minutes to see him. Overall great experience and I'm willing to travel almost an hour and pay $10 parking just to see him. -Melisa H

So many problems. Dr Kades doesn't listen, he assumes he knows what's wrong but he doesn't. They don't call in for refills. AND get this, I called for a refill on Thursday, the girl put me on hold without telling me she was going to. The pharmacy text me the next day saying they hadn't heard from the Dr. I called back, the phone picked up but no one answered, then hung up. This happened a few times. I used a friend phone to call and got right thru... hmmm did they block me? Mother Frs. Not happy

Dr. Is amazing but the people that work in the front office are rude. They call you that same day to cancel your appointment.

Have been a patient for about 4years maybe more .. Dr. Kades is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and caring!! I make a 30-40 minute drive just to see him and I wouldn’t change that, my drive is so worth it!! We need more doctors who truly care!
