The office staff are awful. They took over a month to schedule me in after jumping through hoops to be seen to only be told that right before my appointment that they don't take my insurance. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm glad I'm going to be referred somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and unsympathetic to the patients situation. This isn't a five star restaurant...it's a rheumatologist who is treating people who really need him. Being seeing by him or her, shouldn't be this hard.

I’ve called multiple times and left several messages asking for a call back. I have not received a call back and the number listed on the website seems to be the only way to speak with someone. Will someone please let me know if there is a different phone number or an email address? Thank you.

I just on 21st first time very nice good service very lovely doctor explain to me every thing didn't left anything out I recommend it to everyone

I had started to think I was never going to be able to get dressed without pain. But Dr Kades has done me right. I started a new NSAID and 2 days has shown significant improvement. I had tears this morning after I realized I am finally feeling better. It’s such a big deal to be able to move my arms. Very grateful for his help. 🤗

Dr Kades is the best doctor I have had. He listens to you and actually cares that you feel better. He has a sharp mind and never forgets anything and digs down deep to get answers. He&#39;s quick to take action and I just trust him to take care of my overall health. I have also never waited more then 20 minutes to see him. Overall great experience and I&#39;m willing to travel almost an hour and pay $10 parking just to see him. <br><br>-Melisa H

My experience was based on the visit I had on 3/4/2022. The patient was my mother, and one thing I appreciated from this office as a whole was that they return calls to explain the process and expectations in detail. What inspired me to write this review was the superb experience of Alexa, who was our medical assistant who helped us. She was kind, informative, and gentle with my mother. Her Spanish skills came in very handy, and it was a smooth transition to see the doctor because she took detailed notes. I would stay here and ask for Alexa- she spoiled us! Dr. Wagner gave us all the referrals we needed, and I appreciate it. Dr. Wager was kind, asked good questions and is very helpful

Have been a patient for about 4years maybe more .. Dr. Kades is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and caring!! I make a 30-40 minute drive just to see him and I wouldn’t change that, my drive is so worth it!! We need more doctors who truly care!

I love coming here! Dr. kades actually Listens!! He doesn't cut me off when I'm trying to talk. He makes me feel comfortable when I'm nervous, and he doesn't just assume my concern isn't serious he actually says "we'll set an appointment to get it checked out" and that makes me feel he cares about what I'm concerned for...
