I’ve had terrible experience at other dentist locations , but this one was different. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially an employee there named Jasmine, she was very helpful and answered all questions I asked. She also gave my kids stickers ❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at West Coast Dental. This was my first visit, and I was left waiting for 50 minutes with absolutely no communication from the staff. No one updated me, apologized for the delay, or explained what was going on. As a new patient, this made a very poor first impression. Customers' time is valuable too, and there should be basic respect and communication when delays happen. I left feeling very dissatisfied and frustrated. I will not be returning.

Worst dental service ever. They dont have payment options and the charge for breathing in here. Your better off going to school dentistry like Usc other places similar. I would not recommend this place.

My daughter and I came in for a cleaning and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. They explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.😁😁 I especially appreciated how kind and gentle they were with my daughter they kept checking on her and made sure she felt safe and at ease. That truly meant a lot to me as a parent. I highly recommend Dr. Lucy Seymour and her assistant Chantal. They are professional, caring, and make an amazing team!

I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist at all. The tools and the whole feeling of it have never been my favorite. But this was honestly a great experience. Karla at the front made check-in super easy and welcoming. Jessica, the assistant, was very easygoing, relatable, and down to earth, which helped calm things down before getting started. Lastly, Dr. Lopez was extremely professional and thorough throughout the whole process. She explained what she was doing at every step and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. She kept things light with a little humor, which made the whole experience feel way less intense than usual. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. That balance of professionalism and personality isn’t easy to find these days. If you’re someone who doesn’t love dental visits, this is the place to go. Trust me — you won’t regret it. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of me.

Just terrible. Had an appointment at 9 and people from 10 am complains got in before me. absolutely not acceptable waiting over 2 hours for an appointment especially if people behind get in before you. Service is terrible. When you ask what's taking so long they all look lost and don't have an idea of what to even say. Definitely do not recommend for new people.

receptionist helped me a lot in gathering my insurance plan together and explained what may and may not be covered. My nurse made me feel cared for and explained procedures in a way that was easy to understand and even gave me her recommendation. I appreciate the service and was welcomed with open arms.
