I had an appointment on 05/09/2026 at 10:00 AM for what was supposed to be a simple 6-month cleaning, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. I didn't leave until 1:10 PM for a routine appointment that should have taken a fraction of that time. The excessive waiting completely wasted my day and showed a lack of respect for patients' time. There was little communication about the delays, and I was left sitting around far longer than anyone reasonably should for a basic cleaning. Scheduling patients this poorly is unacceptable, especially when people plan their work and personal responsibilities around these appointments. I expected professionalism and efficiency, but instead I left irritated and disappointed. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Yo e sido paciente de esta clínica pero el día de ayer estuve ahí y nadie quiso ayudarme les expliqué que tenía dolor incluso había hecho cita desde el miércoles para el sábado están fallando mucho y nadie se preocupa por el paciente pedí hablar con la persona encargada y me dijeron que no había. El dueño de la clínica tiene que cambiar personal porque al menos yo y mi familia no volvemos

My friend Robni referred me to this office and I'm really glad he did. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but everyone here was so kind and made me feel comfortable right away. They explained everything clearly and the visit was quick and smooth.

Extremely unprofessional and commercial oriented with no regard to customer service. Booked appointment 2 weeks in advance, provided insurance details but they never verified it till the date of appointment. As a result, I had to wait over 2 hours and then start the process. I called them a week before to check if insurance was verified, spoke to supervisor who confirmed it will be done before the appointment. Front desk called me 2 days before the appointment to confirm and I checked if my insurance had been verified. She either didn’t do her job or lied blatantly to my face.

Came in for my appointment today was immediately greeted by the young man in the front I believe his name was Rodney. The staff were all amazing and I was seen quickly within my arrival time, which i appreciate because the wait times here have been crazy recently.. They even made it easy for me to schedule my next appointment. Office was clean and organized and the whole staff was professional.
