All staff here are wonderfully and very helpful. All questions, just emailed and called them, they replied right away. In general, all good service and affordable price.

I would highly recommend this place for IVF treatment. Dr. Kushnir and his team are amazing. My experience in WCFC is so smooth, I feel supportive and caring during the whole IVF process. Dr. Kushnir is knowledgeable, he always assured me my questions were answered before each step. Annie and Cindy coordinated the scheduling and gave me thorough instructions for medicine. Beth provided us valuable tips on injection and postoperative care. My husband and I are grateful to the whole WCFC team.

After going to at least three other fertility clinics, I can confidently say this is the place to go if you truly want to get pregnant. Dr. Kushnir is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward—he explains every step and tailors treatment to your individual needs. Dr. Perkins, who performed my embryo transfer, was so gentle, reassuring, and supportive throughout the process. The nurses, medical assistants, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing—professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in every patient’s success. From scheduling to follow-up, everything runs smoothly, and you always feel cared for and encouraged. If you’re on a fertility journey, West Coast Fertility is truly the best of the best. I’m beyond grateful to Dr. Kushnir, Dr. Perkins, and the whole team for helping make my dream of becoming pregnant a reality! 💕

West Coast Fertility is truly a hidden gem in the world of fertility care. After meticulously researching and visiting some of the biggest clinics in LA (HRC and USC) I realized they felt more like flashy "puppy mills." The doctors and staff gave the impression there was someone else in line, leaving me feeling second. I understand these clinics are busy, but when you're going through something as sensitive as fertility treatment, you want a team that feels personally there for you. At WCF, you get the same, if not better, level of care as the big LA clinics, but with the personal attention that truly makes the difference. Trust - many of my peers have pursued fertility treatment in LA and ended up feeling disappointed/strained. That's exactly what I found with Dr. Kushnir and his team. From the very first consult, he was straightforward, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step clearly. The office itself radiates hope with walls filled with real photos of babies and families born through their care is a reminder that their results are real and not just marketing. The staff is another huge standout: Beth, Cindy, Maria, Maritza, and Stephanie make every visit and phone call warm and helpful (it's an emotional experience so I've had my episodes, but they always helped me through). Over the years, I've trusted them through egg freezing, IVF, IUI, and now surrogacy. Having a team that stays by your side for the long haul is invaluable. And now, with their new Los Angeles office, the experience is even better. It's located on a non-congested part of Wilshire Blvd. It's hands down the easiest in-and-out clinic I've ever been to with no confusing hallways or buildings, and no overpriced parking like so many other places. In a city like LA where convenience matters, that's a major plus. West Coast Fertility has my vote for the clinic with top tier expertise and genuine care.

The white lady receptionist behind the counter extremely rude. I went with my wife and gave us attitude no need for any of that, honestly seemed like it was because of our ethnicity. Truly believe there should be some training in how to handle new patients.

Had a great experience from the beginning. The entire team, from front desk to doctors, were welcoming and answered all questions. Their patience and expertise helped us going through this new and strange experience. Our second transfer has so far been successful and am thankful to WCFC for helping us grow our family.

After two years of TTC my husband and I knew we needed additional help if we wanted to grow our family. Unluckily for us our insurance has absolutely zero fertility coverage. Before finding West Coast Fertility we weren't sure if IVF could even be a reality because of how insanely expensive it can be. We had been working with a different Fertility Clinic for some preliminary testing but once they showed us the cost breakdown for a single IVF cycle we knew we had to look elsewhere if we were serious about going down this path. Enter WCF. Not only are they local (huge plus) they have transparent pricing posted straight on their website. Guess what? The pricing for an IVF round was literally 1/3 of what we were quoted at the other clinic. The facility is clean and bright with a positive and calming vibe and the staff, nurses, and doctors are compassionate and kind. Thank you West Coast Fertility for giving our family hope for its future.
