As a person suffering from sickle cell I always try to find health Care professionals who understand my circumstances. West Hollywood urgent Care really took good care of me on all three occasions that I visited. Professional staff and management team backing up a brilliant group of doctors. Best urgent care experience! Fast and efficient. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the wait time isn’t as long as the clinics around the area. They also provide covid test with results given within minutes. I was helped by Valerie who made my experience such a great and comfortable one I had to come on here and make sure she gets all the credit I can possibly give her! Highly recommend this urgent care

Affordable, quick, and efficient service. Needed a sports physical for my daughter and thanks Karen for helping us through a fast and friendly process. No wait and doctor came to the room quickly for the exam.

I had a great experience here! The staff was very professional, efficient, polite, optimistic and friendly. They were on top of things and didn't keep patients waiting for long periods of time. I walked in without an appointment and waited less than five minutes until the doctor was able to see me. Dr. Scott was also very reassuring and informative, and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs medical care!

I want to say thank you for the amazing service that the staff provided. Especially to Keila and Valerie. They went above and beyond to provide me great customer service and made me feel so great about any questions and concerns I had. This urgent care is awesome!

I'm always pretty leery about going into medical facilities these days especially during the time of covid. But when you're hurting you have no choice and you got to go somewhere. This place was in the neighborhood so I wandered in and I assumed I was just lucky because soon as I signed in they moved me to a room to see a practitioner and a doctor. I was sent for x-rays and given medical advice and a prescription. After returning twice more I recognize that I wasn't just lucky but this is just the way they do business. I signed in they got me in to see the doctor the doctor was extremely professional and polite and they got me out of there as soon as possible without feeling like I was rushed in any way. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted to and given the number to call back if I had more questions to ask later, I thought that was pretty cool. So, yes I would highly recommend this place! HNCIII
