West Los Angeles Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

My review is based on performance by office of Occupational Therapy. The occupational therapist (Jeff) is the best of the best and his right hand (Mary) is personable, accommodating and just awesome support. I highly recommend this office for your occupational therapy needs.

Had a great experience here today.  No wait time.  Staff is extremely courteous and professional.  The wait area and examination rooms were clean and tidy.    Doctor was practical and I was in and out in no time.  Would definitely recommend.

The medical and administrative staff here are absolutely top-notch. Quick service. They accept my insurance. I've always had a very good experience. Has been my go-to for COVID testing. Thanks team!!

Went to the clinic because I needed a medical assessment, since I had trouble making it to another appointment. I did not have to wait long, Cindy the assistant manager was very friendly and attentive, getting me to an exam room quickly. Tony was very welcoming and has great personality. Then after only a short wait, I saw Dr. Bezema who quickly established great rapport, handled things very accurate and professionally . Very good and highly recommendable services. I will be back!

This might be long but I feel it is important to submit this review. I live in New York and my oldest daughter lives in LA. Last week she called me feeling extremely sick - fever, sweating, terrible back pain. After 24 hours she went to the UCLA emergency room at midnight where not one person took her vital signs or asked questions about her symptoms - they told her she was having a reaction to her covid vaccine (which was 48 hours earlier) and sent her home. For another 24 hours she was in bed, unable to move and sweating profusely while in excruciating pain. I spent 24 hours on Facetime with her, crying myself because of feelings of hopelessness, fear and anxiety. I was about to call an ambulance (from NY to go bang down her apartment door) but instead I googled urgent care closest to her apartment. After reading the reviews I insisted she call an Uber and head to West Los Angeles Urgent Care. The second she arrived they gave her the most comprehensive exam and treatment. Turns out she had a kidney infection and was not having a reaction to the vaccine. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to the staff for taking care of my daughter when I was not able to. My daughter said they were amazing. I believe it.

This place is phenomenal. Simply just professional!!! This is my second or third visit, and all my experiences were efficient and very informative. Highly recommend.

Absolutely impeccable service. I came in for what I thought were extreme post COVID vaccine symptoms (extremely high temperature, shaking, aches, etc). Turns out I had a kidney infection. I had gone to an emergency room the night before and they told me this was normal, didn't ask any questions or take any vitals. Told me to go home and I'd wake up feeling better (???). The doctors at West Los Angeles urgent care were attentive and knowledgeable. They performed their due diligence and caught an infection that could have been deadly. They put me on the correct antibiotics and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I am so grateful for the healthcare workers I met there, and cannot recommend them enough!!

Was exposed to Covid and was able to walk-in without an appointment and be seen. The staff was very helpful and patient with me.

Great place, great service.The staff is wonderful, I recommend this place for there fast service.
