Was trying to set an appointment and as explained situation about letter received was first told in a way that it was my fault. Then when clarifying was told that they just want to enjoy their Friday. Take a day off and enjoy your Friday at the beach not where people need care

Valet Parking during construction..Tell me more!! Visited this location for the first time since Covid and they have really stepped up in the way it seems to be run. Went to the dermatology clinic and all the staff were courteous however, even walking through the hospital everybody wearing scrubs,military uniforms , civilian clothes or a Lab coat ware all super friendly. This place seems to appreciate each other and the veterans that come here to be served. They even have an indoor commissary which I was able to grab couple things for the way home. I almost grabbed their PS5 when I was leaving.. but that would've made it a $600 trip to LA.Anyway, I have another appointment coming soon. I may do an update, but I rarely give five stars. In this case. I wish I could give 10.

The staff need to treat the vets BETTER! I was walking by a room and two nurses were NOT addressing an issue a vet had instead they were aggravating him and taunting him very aggressively

Best place for veterans 🎯👍to get help in 😇Los Angeles😇... even with the Army vets running things in the ER, don't know how this happens...but all Navy personnel would be more efficient. 👮👮‍♀️🚔🚓👮‍♂️🚨Great police 💯 Awesome security, even though they are not cool enough to ride Segway's (grants duh). Best social workers great empathy and problem solving and connections to great resources! No need for a ⚕️Doc yet maybe I will renew my water therapy exercise and walking prescription 2 x day.... Doctors so good you might not even need one yet or require as many meds. A new standard in place at California VA campus... Still an angry vet 😁

Worse emergency i have ever been. Free insurance is not even worth it if i only have to go this hospital. Went to emergency because i had pain in my anus area, the stupid doctor was more concern that i put something inside that actually check to see whats going on!! Without checking anything, she gave me ibuprofen and sent me homeeee!!!!! Next day i went to an actual emergency in Burbank and they found out i have infection built up in that area and had surgery the next day! U see the difference!! If u don't like working at night, don't get shifts!!!!
