Upon entering the office I was given paperwork to fill out. The young lady at the desk was very welcoming and professional. I was called in by the nurse within 5 minutes of completing the forms. The nurse came in and took pictures of my legs, then followed by an ultrasound of my legs.The doctor came in to discuss the results. He was very nice, answered all my questions. I never felt rushed.I had a 1:45 appointment, I was finished by 3:00.It was fast, never rushed, a very good experience.

I am 13 days post-op, and I am so grateful that I went to west medical. My surgeon, Dr.Shabatian did an amazing job. I feel like he went around my stomach muscles which cause me to have little to no pain at all, after the day's following my surgery. Last night I took off the steri strips, and to my absolute surprise, you can barely see any incisions. I'm down 15 lb so far. I'm very grateful for their utmost professionalism and bedside manners when it comes to the nurses that were assisting me. Thank you, West Medical!

Very happy with this experience. From check-in to being released, the staff was friendly and took great care of me. The Dr had to make mid-way adjustments to my procedure for a better overall outcome. Would definetely reccomend West Medical.
