List of Westchester Advanced Imaging's Reviews
The technicians were very polite & knowledgeable of what they were doing. Very professional. I would recommend Westchester to others.
I showed up 20 minutes early as instructed to Ste 111. There was a woman behind the counter but never picked her head up to assist. Very busy office so I signed the sign in sheet only to learn 40 minutes later how much longer to be told to go to room 102. To make a long story short I left 3 1/2 hours later and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Avoid them at all cost.
Rude front office staff, that need to be replaced. The radiology staff are the complete opposite, friendly and helpful.
Staff is really attentive, efficient and friendly. I totally recommend this place.
Even though they were short staffed they got me in an out within 30 minutes
Quick service and friendly workers.
Muy limpio y muy buen trató
I had a horrible experience with this company recently. I made a mammogram appointment with them, first they gave me a appointment for more than 90 days away. I was ok, because they had done my MRI, and was fine doing that. I was so very wrong! They sent me everything I needed online to pre-register for my exam 3 days early. I called the to see if my referral was still fine considering the lengthy weight for the exam, and the appointment setter said, I'm sorry but we don't accept your plan. I was like wait!...what?..you guys made the appointment. He then went on to say, we stopped accepting it while you were waiting for your appointment date. I said, so why wasn't I contacted? There was no answer. I was furious, and I said, so were you going to do the mammogram and then just bill me me for everything later? He didn't reply to that right away either. He then said he would have a manager call me back. It's been well over 24 hours. Yeah, no one is gonna call with mo answers. There is no excuse for that unprofessional behavior, because a simple apologetic letter in the mail could of helped this situation. Because I didn't curse them out and act ignorant than I guess I'm ignored. Nope!.My brest MATTER!.THEY NEED TO DO BETTER OR CLOSE DOWN!WOMEN, NO MATTER RICH, MIDDLE CLASS OR POOR NEED THEIR MAMMOGRAMS DONE!SO UNTIL THEY TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY, THEY SHOULDN'T BE PATRONIZED!
I recommend West Chester Imaging because of their prompt service and courteous staff.
I had to have my first brain MRI and I am very claustrophobic. This was a traumatic experience and I would recommend that you do not go to this Imaging Center. The wait was very long but I don't usually write a bad review about that. I can understand that. It was when I entered the room and the tech barely looked at me and had zero understanding of how nervous I was (even after I told him) that I realized that this was not the right place for me. They didn't explain anything, no gowns, barely told me to take metal off me and then when they put the "cage" over my head for the brain scan, I panicked. And instead of trying to get me through it, the technician told me that a lot of people get up and leave and can't do it. So I left. I had nightmares for two weeks after this until I found another Open MRI place that was caring and responsible. Now they are calling me daily to reschedule.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
