Excellent. Good service by staffs and the Dr. Lee was quite informative.
Unbelievably rude. I went here to get assistance for my disability claim because I had a back injury, and he told me that I made a mistake by getting diagnosis and treatment from a chiropractor and that he would need to lie because he did not diagnose me when the injury occurred. I told him that because I couldn't move at all and no doctor was willing to come to my home and diagnose me and treat me, I called an in-home chiropractor service provider to diagnose me and treat me; and that it was still possible for him to diagnose me because I have not fully recovered. In response, he said with hostility and aggression that I wasted 15 minutes of his time. He could have recommended me to someone who can help me, or refer me to get an MRI, or do something. He didn't even ask questions about my back at all to see how my back was. He just said I wasted his time. Based upon my experience, I strongly recommend anyone to not choose this doctor for your physician. He is not in the business of helping people. I would hate for his practice to be ruined, so I'll leave this caveat along with my comments about this doctor: he might have just been having a bad day. we all have bad days, and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional because it was a monday. I hope he changes as a person and learns to care for people. Really I do. We need more people to be caring and loving in this world, especially doctors.

Never even made it in to see Dr. Lee. I called their office today to schedule an appointment as a new patient, as Dr. Lee is the assigned PCP from my new medical group. I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes so the receptionist could "call another secretary" and waited until I hung up and called back. They picked up my call again immediately, which indicated to me that they had no intention of taking me off hold before or transferring me to "another secretary." The receptionist seemed embarrassed when I called back. She was very rude to me and made no effort to accommodate me to schedule an appointment. She told me there would be no availabilities for at least 3 months. At the end, she told me she would try to call me back but never even took my phone number and abruptly hung up on me. Not sure how Dr. Lee is as a doctor, but if the service from the front desk staff was like this, I would caution against choosing this doctor's office. Awful experience.
This doctor needs to get off his high horses and stop yelling at his patients and families. Very unprofessional and rude. What an embarrassment to the field. Avoid!
A grim impression on X-ray had this doctor give recommendations for further imaging to my father who just brushed it off, having not understood the urgency. Absolutely no follow up. We went with him the second time around to get a better understanding of the results, and I was yelled at when I asked questions (what did the X-ray look like, can we treat his other symptoms, and is there something to ...
Little long wait, but what internal medicine isn’t. Doctor is quite understanding has a sense of humor and very empathetic.
Been with Dr. Lee for 10 years now. Very personable staff and Doctor was informative. They now have English and Spanish affluent staff in front to assist, which was an issue year ago.
Very professional, Harvard educated physician. Listened carefully, patiently provided knowledge about disease including going over longitudinal charts, and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Staff is friendly and competent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
