Zen Dental's Online Review Report Card

Dr R and her staff provide the best dental experience, and are much beloved in Downtown LA. I brought my partner from another state to see her after being hit by a car for a reason. The office staff share rapport and respect that keeps the office clean and patient communication smooth-running, and that's unique for any office--that everyone seems happy to work! Dr R performed perfect bonding on my front tooth (if you've had to get it you know it's an art not all dentists excel in making look/feel right while fortifying with lasting power) at a reasonable price, shaved my front teeth to look better a couple of times in a quick office pop in, and MOST importantly, after my partner was hit by a car across country, got us in fast to evaluate his teeth, get X-rays for an oral surgeon, and advise us on what's next to do for his health and cosmetic recovery. We felt taken care of by everyone at Zen Dental during the scary, dignity-stripping experience of having to wade through legal and criminal bureaucracy after a near-death experience. He still talks about Dr R making him feel better. Priceless.

I am not one to write reviews, but given my experience today, I found it imperative to give my highest recommendation.My experience at ZenDental with Dr. Raschkovsky, and her professional amicable staff was impeccable. As a longtime resident of DTLA, I am thankful for her expertise, her friendly nature, and having a safe clean environment. I can not recommend her enough. Erica

This place don’t service black people. I came in for a check up for a damaged tooth. The white lady told me they don’t do that there 😂😂 then why is it called Zen Dental🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm so glad I decided to make an appointment with ZenDental. I went in for a cleaning and exam and I must say it was a great experience. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I see why my son and daughter love this dentist office so much. I will definitely be back for more of their services. I highly recommend ZenDental.

My visit there was not for a good reason, because I got a tooth broken and unfortunately we had to extract it.But Dr. Alessandra was very super professional and kind and made everything happens smoothly with no complications after the surgery as well.

I really enjoyed my time at ZenDental. All the Staff and Dr Alessandra are amazing and good professionals. Also space is very clean!!

Dr Alessandra is in process of fixing damage caused by another dentist. I came in with severe trust issues from my prior experience but after three visits now I look forward to going in. She has some new equipment that's a game-changer, I appreciate her approach to my case, the office smells great, and I really love the music--as funny as that may sound in a dental office review.I'll update this review as my case progresses

Zen Dental is awesome. I have come in for a check up and to get cavities filled. Here's how that went.For my check-up, they were running late on seeing me and invited me to wait in their zen lounge. The zen lounge is a dimly lit room with a massage chair and some relaxing music. Awesome! I waited in there until they were ready to see me.The cleaning itself was very fast and not painful. It turned out that I have cavities so I had to return to get those filled. I got quoted the price for the cavities and I paid for my visit.When I came back to get the cavities filled, my gums were completely numbed down so i didn't feel anything. I also got to watch Netflix through screen googles. It made 40 minutes go by quickly!Dr. Alessandra Raschkovsky called me that evening to check in personally to see how my teeth were and to see if I needed any adjustments to my fillings. I did so she saw my the next day in the morning and she adjusted the fillings so my bite felt comfortable again.Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The doctor and her staff are fantastic.

I've been a patient since I moved to LA in 2018 -- Highly recommend! Great staff + service. I've been twice during COVID and felt safe both times!
