Zinnia Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I'm typing this as I am sitting in the parking lot. First of all they don't really answer the phone... I called like three times until I finally was able to schedule an appointment. Then, I drive myself all the way to South LA(right on the corner of Vermont and 54th). This is not a safe business/neighborhood. I already knew that but I figured I didn't have to linger around very much since I was only going to park my car and enter their facility for a massage. So then I show up and the gate is locked and closed to their upstairs facility. I have no way of entering this facility. So I'm sitting in the car and I call them to see if they can give me the code for the gate or how exactly I'm supposed to enter the facility. But, of course, they do not answer their phone... At the same time there's a crackhead right next to me and it's starting to feel unsafe. So, long story short... How could you be a business and not let your clients know how to enter the facility? Do you think your facilities in a safe area for a young woman? It really isn't... If the owner is reading this and I would highly suggest you give your new clients and ability to enter and receive massages. Lastly, $90 for a basic massage? In South LA? I guess it's my fault for willing to give this person the small business a chance... So I'm giving it a one star for unreliability, making me drive all the way to your facility and not been given instructions on how to enter your building, for calling you five times to let you know that I was not able to enter the facility, it you didn't answer , and for the high price to charge for letting a valuable customer sit in the parking lot next to a crackhead

Med spa oasis in SOLA!! The owners are so nice and accommodating. The first time I walked in the decor blew me away - it was not what I was expecting.

You guys this is a very good weight loss program you will lose your weight if you do as instructed I love the doctor here she's very nice understanding and very open-minded and you know she supports you on your weight loss Journey she try to motivates you and better ways to lose your weight and she's very open-minded and she make me feel good about myself

Everything about Zinnia exudes luxury and peace . I had the best experience receiving my chemical peel and facials every few weeks at Zinnia . The staff informed me pretty well about my different options and what would work best for not only my skin , but for my diet and so on . The staff was attentive before , during and after and continues to be . I really appreciate the time and care they put into knowing my skin/health history , as well as what I'd like to achieve in those areas and creating a plan to do so . I'm trusting the process and Zinnia has been spot on with what I'm trying to achieve . I definitely say go in for services . You will not regret it !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please BEWARE! Owner is VERY RUDE! No customer service skills, I don't understand how you can run a business like this. And couple staff members have attitude, I came here and they said I didn't have an appointment when I literally called a week in advance!! I will never be back, I drove all the way from San Diego to come here because a friend recommended me
