Very poor treatment

Waited over an hour to get tested for covid because they set my appointment during their lunch and now im getting a bill for over $900 even tho i gave them my insurance

I’m not sure how this place is still practicing medicine. Nursesexcept one were so unethical and negligent. I was waiting in my car for 2 hours in 100 degree weather. They admitted to forgetting about me and still did nothing to help. I called multiple times and they didn’t pick up. I finally went inside and the waiting room was empty and they were just sitting around doing nothing. After going inside I waited an additional 20 mins. Another walk in came almost 2 hours after me and they attended him in under 15 mins and before me.

This place gets negative stars The Doctors got their white coats from the Halloween store calling themselves doctors and the girls in the front are a joke and their referral lady short with glasses is a big joke and lazy also doesnt know how to do her job This place should be shut down

I have used this urgent care on 4 different occasions. Every time I was treated extremely well. Drs provided treatment or referrals. Very knowledgeable staff. The only facility that I will go to if I cannot get in to my Dr.

The wait time is very bad and also they treat you very poorly and will make up any excuse to not do their job ¡¡¡DONT COME HEREAlso if you are here for workers comp they will send you to work even if you are still injured

We will be filing a complaint with the medical board of CA. I took my mom there about 430 for urgent care and they said they didnt take her insurance. I was just told over the phone they do. So they checked again and said oh we do but we only provide limited service. They sent someone out to take her temp. They tried to say her temp was 104 and she had to go to ER. ER took her temp and it was 97.6. They didnt want to see her because it was so close to closing. Called them back from the ER to let them know she didnt have a fever and no one answered. They closed early I guess.

They have a new doctor there named Ata Egbuji and she is the worst person I have ever come across shes very rude and has no compassion for anyone all she did was belittle me along with the previous doctors and my nurse case manager I dont understand how shes even in this field of work

I had to drive a long way to see Dr Trolan for a special diving physical only a few doctors around can do them. Everyone in the office was polite and professional and I was in and out in a timely manner. I have to give a extra thanks to Emily who because I forgot to get something signed went completely above and beyond to help me out. It took about 10 back and forth emails the problem being on my side but she put up with me being stupid and was as I said before completely polite and professional. Thanks
