Horrible customer service my appointment was 10:30 am and they still have me waiting not the first time this happened to me my last appointment as well …the waiting time is horrible and when I ask how long more they just say would you like to reschedule ??? I don’t understand then why do we have appointments at certain time when they can’t even mange the time they scheduled us for ….. and they weren’t even busy today and they have me waiting for along time just because the supervisor was in a meeting with her boss and ahead the only one who could of give us a consolation no one else RIDICULOUS!

Had to wait an hour to see the doctor then they finally let you in to take your scans just for you to wait another hour for them to check you out and the people who work there are unprofessional and try to scam for money

First time in this place.. western dental in this location service was bad. I have appointment at 9:00 am the office not open until 09:30From the beginning I coming awful from. The door was lock. Some staff coming late including the office manager Jenny. Staff very bad service to client ( like me Jenny office manager called me Hon!) the way threat me so bad. I like to address this since western dental well known company nationwide
