Very good bedside manner with an anxious child.Asked permission for before touching and using stethoscope and calmly explained what she was doing.

She was good before, helps in general, and answers questions professionally. But in the recent visit, we were ripped off by just answering her inquiries: "any concern?" "yeah, blah blah..." "That's normal", then we received a $100+ bill for that 1-minute conversation. It was supposed to be a preventative visit and fully covered by insurance, but now we have to pay the extra because we answered her questions. That's more like a trap. Bottom line, stay away from her. I have other family doctors, never like this. If they're short on money, they can do fund-raising, people understand it, but setting up traps will ruin their reputations.

We love Dr Chan, she is very good with our kids and is always cheery. The office staff is nice and we never have to wait to long.
