I got a facial there and the woman didn't even have me on the schedule. She never asked me anything about my skin type and I ended up leaving the appointment and getting sebhorreic dermatitis the next morning and I still have it. During the service, the woman walked out multiple minutes at a time leaving me unattended for up to 10 minutes for a 45 minute facial and had the audacity to even end early. Worst experience that I've ever had. Left with face mask still on my neck.
