Blossom rigde medical group is a very professional and friendly clinic with extremely professional n dedicated doctors. Highly recommended for regular health care where everything is taken care of.

Dr. Toram is an outstanding physician. He always takes the time to listen, thoroughly addresses my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed. I truly appreciate his thoughtful and compassionate approach to patient care. Highly recommend!

The Drs are great here. Had Dr. Zimmer until he retired and have been seeing Dr. Defigard since and she is good. I am leaving two stars solely due to the office front desk staff. No attention to detail, I ask for a specific pharmacy and it is ignored repeatedly. I was billed $20 additional on my co-payment. Very hard to get someone on the phone. Due to this, I am changing Drs as I no longer have the patience to deal with poor customer service.

Dr. Zimmer has been my Dad's doctor for many, many years, and he does pretty good with my dad. He always listens and make appropriate referrals for specialists and labs. The office staff is a different story. They are hard to work with, hard to communicate with and very hard to placate. The office manager always sounds and acts upset on the phone and doesn't always follow through with requests or return calls. My dad gets medication via a patient assistance program and that medication must be sent directly to Dr. Zimmer's office. The office never calls to let us know that the medication is there, often doesn't even know who it's for and, when we go to pick it up, will not give us the whole order unless we specifically ask for it. Besides Dr. Zimmer, the office staff, MA and RN seems disconnected and not very prepared to work in a medical environment helping patients.

I've treated with Dr. DeFigard since I was a teenager. I'm now over 60. She is such a a kind person and doesn't rush you. She's always available when needed.

I've been a patient of Dr. Zimmer's for many many years since the 80s and I have never been happier he is the best doctor I've ever had I left to go to Kaiser because my husband's insurance changed and once we changed it back we came back doctors are always late yes it happens you deal with it call doctors offices are late. if you can't stand the doctor being late then don't go to the doctors lol. The patient care you get here is the best the office staff is amazing I love them so much my mom gets the best care here my dad before he passed got the best care here my brother got the best care of year when he was a child I get all my emails everything no problem. When my father was in the hospital so much Zimmer came to the hospital every day and checked on him he would call my mom or me and let us know what's going on with no problem no questions asked he called right away when my father passed he sent a hand written letter with condolences and let us know that if we needed anything he was there to help us I don't know any other doctors that would do that. This office is amazing I have never been happier.

We needed a medical note for my mom she's 95 years old. They gave us the note and then a week later I was charged 25.00! I never in my life have been charged for a one line note. That's just pure greed. Taking advantage of people who all ready have problems. They should have told us they charge for a note that took all of 2 min to type. If they would have, I would not asked for the note. Makes you feel like they want to drain you of every Penny. No other doctor anywhere has charged for a doctor's note that I know of. Very upsetting. The front staff has improved, I felt they used to be short with you and were less than personable. Way better now maybe after they moved to the new offices helped. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Zimmer and Dr. DeFigard for a few years as our family doctors and I wanted to chime in how great their care has been and is - and the entire office, from Receptionist, Medical Records and Nurses. Very responsive and always addressed my concerns, always took all necessary time for us. I have called the nurse even over the weekend with an urgent concern and the office was always responsive.
