I wish I didn’t have to wait 10 days for a consultation. However, when I first got there I was fully satisfied with my treatment from the staff and from dr Sagoo. He is focused, listened to my explanation of pains etc. and suggested reasonable treatment.

Be ware, Mr. Sagoo is condescending, arrogant and dismissive. After telling my wife she needed a hip replacement, he asked if she smoked. My wife answered honestly and said yes, but that she would quit today no problem for surgery, and recovery, she has quit cold turkey before. Mr Sagoo proceeded to list all the horrors that are more likely to occur to a smoker. Again My wife said I will quit today. Mr Sagoo said come back after quitting for 3 months then I may take you as a patient. When asked what she is supposed to do for three months unable to walk? Mr Sagoo said talk to you GP. If this is your policy, state that up front. Don't waste our time.

Dr. Sagoo an absolutely wonderful doctor. I feel totally blessed to be sent to him by my primary doctor. He replaced my hip it was such a smooth healing. Dr. Sagoo is such a caring doctor listens to you and wants to make sure all your concerns are addressed. If there is an issue with your surgery he makes sure he does all that is possible to address your issue for your wellness.

As mentioned , Dr Sagoo was so personable and attentive. He listened to my details and provided me with a straight forward plan of options for perspective treatment . I appreciate Dr Sagoo for his time and patience with me. Other specialists would be too busy to talk with a patient … I was so surprised with his pleasant manner and his bedside manor.
