List of Daring Gray Movement Center's Reviews
This gym was perfect for what I was looking for. It is open 24 hours and was never crowded once when I went. The weights and machines were sufficient for me and clean the whole time. I only got a membership for the weight lifting aspect however I am sure the stretching/massage classes that you can add on are of high quality as well. The portal/payment system are both easy to use. I never had any problem and would recommend this gym to someone looking to lift weights or receive movement therapy.
I am a marathon runner and have suffered from knee and lower back pain for years. The team at Daring Gray have been exceptional in helping me navigate relief of sore joints, improper stance/gait, and correction of energy blocks in my muscles. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I feel very comfortable working with them and trust them with helping to heal my body. I highly recommend their services!!
Excellent results!! She is very thorough and detailed with helping improve my range of motion. My mobility has greatly improved. Thank you!
Daring Gray provides a holistic service to pair movement therapy combined with myofascial muscle release. If you have tight musculature from working out or playing sports without proper stretching or spend long periods of time at a desk - this type of therapy will help restore your quality of life, posture and mobility!
Been coming here since I was hit my a car on my bike. Leighanna’s medical massages really helped me get back on my bike resolving the nasty whiplash and trauma damage. As I got better and began to continue my training, her sports massages improved my recovery times and addressed any and all movement issues. It’ll hurt when she’s working on you but the day after you’ll feel better than new.
After dealing with long-term lower back pain that prevented me from exercising, I started looking for a program that could reduce the pain and help me get back to a point where I could start to get in shape again. I discovered the Daring Gray 3-week "Move Younger Program" which looked to have the right focus for me - pain relief, flexibility and strength training. After 3-weeks of sports massage, stretching and targeted exercise, I'm very happy to say the back pain is gone and my flexibility and core strength have both increased significantly. At the start of the program, I couldn't get my fingertips within 6" of my toes, but by the end I could easily put my hands flat on the floor from a standing bend. My body feels ready to start exercising more so that I can begin to lose weight. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to get back to being more active, but their body makes them feel significantly older than they are!
Great small gym to get a great workout. I also had Leighanna for bodywork to help with a bad shoulder and hip issue.she helped immensely.
Great place!Very clean with friendly staff and a large number of services.
I am not the person this owner is referring to as I was never a member. Went there three times; no one there and was told no classes, no dietitian.
Not happy with this place. Not clean and old equipment. Too expensive for what you get. Cold and unfriendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
