Eric Li's Online Review Report Card

Google search said free consultation but they charged us $102 to meet with the doctor and never refunded the fee after we asked. False advertising. Also the quote for surgery was TWICE what the other surgeon quoted. Scam!

It took me a year before I pulled the trigger on who I was going to trust with my Gyno surgery. Before trusting Dr. Li with my surgery I made sure to do an abundance of research on my procedure. I read everything I can find on the internet. Watched countless hours of YouTube videos, and gone as far as creating an account on forums to talk to patients who had the procedure done. I’ve traveled from North to South setting up consultations to visit clinics. Speaking to the staffs and doctors and gaining more information about the procedure and costs. I wanted to see how the clinics operated, the cleanliness, and knowledge of the entire team. After a year of searching I’ve realized that there weren’t many clinics that felt right for me. Some places were dated with old furnitures and fax machines with dry yellow wallpaper that needed a major overhaul. Some clinics were rude and didn’t want to engage in conversation unless they were 100% sure you were dropping money down for a procedure and some places I felt rushed with doctors that I felt were too old with old mindset with old techniques. With all these visits I narrowed it down to what I want. I wanted a young doctor who has new ideas using new improved methods that has confidence and love for the work. To make body cosmetic a passion of art to show off to the world. I wanted limited scaring and affordable price. A doctor that was knowledgeable with new ideas and techniques to improve your look. Dr. Li and the staff was exactly what I was looking for. From day one the staff has always provided me with every answer to my questions. Communications were very easy through email or text. I was never left waiting for days like some other clinics. I liked how the team really were there to make you feel reassured that you were in good hands. From start to finish Dr. Li and his team made me feel comfortable and warm. I never had any doubt in my mind. I had the most confidence that I was in good hands and the reviews from other patients were all fantastic. Not a single bad one. I’m glad I came to Dr. Li and now he is my go to for any procedure. My friends and family are looking for some cosmetic done and I had recommended everyone here. I’m happy with my results and it was worth waiting a year to finally find a place where I was comfortable. You know you found the right place when everything just flows perfectly and there is not a single moment of doubt. If you enter a clinic and you have a little doubt then I would move to the next one and keep jumping around until you find that one clinic that just calls to you. Dr. Li showed me a bunch of pre and post photos on his laptop which yield amazing results. Make sure doctors show you their work. The more photos they have the better. An artist never hides their work 😉 Thank you Dr. Li and the entire team you all are amazing!!

The best plastic surgeon in the bay area! I had an amazing result after my surgery. He and his team are always caring pre/post- op process, and responsive to every questions/concerns. I’d highly recommend Dr.Eric Li to anyone who is looking for a better aesthetic.

I had a mole removed from my face. I researched for more than a year about different doctors before I chose CA aesthetics. I felt confident on my first intro visit with Dr Li. He explained clearly what to expect and I had many visits before and after the mole excision surgery. It’s been 6 months and hardly could I see the scar from where it was removed. He is very efficient and professional. Highly recommend Dr Li for anyone to trust with their skin care procedures.

Had gynecomastia surgery with lipo. So far, very happy with my results.

Got a great feeling after reviewing Dr. Li’s website and reviews, but got to meet him/staff this week and it further validated my gut feeling. He was so kind, patient, answered all of my questions, walked through potential options of what’s right for me, and settled any concerns I had. He even discovered a hernia and another issue during my exam, which I had been told by my own health system/provider I didn’t have (even though I thought I did). Dr. Li is the surgeon for me and I will be having the surgery within the month. Even the follow on correspondence with staff has been super helpful and a consistently positive experience. I look forward to leaving another review post op.
