I tried to book an appointment, but the receptionist, and whomever she tried to get help from, seemed incompetent and lazy. All the other dr.'s offices I've booked appointments at were able to verify how much my co-pay would be before my appointment. This office couldn't figure it out and they refused to call my health insurance to confirm. The lady kept saying "oh, it's such a long list of possible charges, I can't tell..." I have United Healthcare... very standard health insurance. I tried to be logical and ask... "Well if I come, you're going to charge me a co-pay, right?"; Her: Yes, upfront.Me: "Well if you can figure it out then, can't you look into it ahead of time? Why do I have to come all the way there for you to know?" Her: "Well the front desk would do that." Me: "Well then who are you? Can't you just go ask them?"... Her: "This is the appointmentment desk. Ok, let me ask."... Then instead of connecting me to someone who knows, she just comes back and says the same thing: "We looked and you're insurance shows a long list and it's confusing. You would need to call your insurance to know for sure." Idiots.

Really like Dr. Ashley Clark. She listens and the treatments I’ve had, I was very satisfied. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She took good care of me when I was scared too. I have recommended her to all my friends and husband already. Best dermatologist I’ve seen!

Very professional office and doctor. Skin check was thorough and efficient. This was my first visit and I will be back and refer Dr Soohoo to my friends.

They are very thorough in my annual skin exam, and also very timely. I did not have to wait at all, and was still checking in when they called me back. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Clark, but she is moving to the east coast, so I am now working with Dr. Soohoo, which is fantastic. She is who I was originally recommended to book with, but I could not get in to see her as she was so busy, that I met with Dr. Clark. But now I made it onto her practice. Fab!!
